"I booked this for my family and stayed there for two days. They said the room was spacious, had a sofa bed, and was suitable for bringing children. The cleanliness was good, and it was not far from the train station, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. I was quite satisfied!"

"The room was a bit dated and the service was average. The location is on the edge of the old town, not far from the chocolate museum, and within walking distance of the cathedral and the Chain Bridge. The hotel breakfast was just okay; a 'Chinese stomach' might find it a bit repetitive after a couple of meals."

"Quite disappointed with the stay. We paid extra for the Kind Aqua Deluxe room because of the room photo showing the window with arcs, but we were assigned the normal window view. By cancelling the housekeeping, you were only given 1 cocktail per room, instead of other hotel chains where 2 drinks were given. The hotel has already save housekeeping cost, but only one drink were given as they hope the 2nd guest will spend on the drink. It will be more hospitable if 2 drinks were given or based on number of guest."

"This hotel in Cologne had a great location! While not right in the city center, it was still within walking distance and felt a bit quieter and more peaceful than being right in the hustle and bustle. We stayed during a heatwave, so the free lemon-infused iced water in the lobby was an absolute godsend. Plus, the rooftop view was amazing, with clear sights of famous landmarks!"

"The hotel outside look a bit old but inside the room look very nice the room is big have alot Lots of space. The problem is when I arrive to the hotel around 13.00 the staff in morning shift very unpolite. We when there to put our bag and will go out for sightseeing but the words that she said to me very unpolite way. We know check in time is 15.00 we just want to keep our bag. She said it not check in this yet and she say you want to put your bag here? and I answer her yes that why am here she very unfriendly. She even not check my book. We are going out for sightseeing and come back around 16.30 the receptionist in the afternoon the lady who checking in me very friendly and helpful. After check in the room was nice but in the hotel the provider only 1 bottle of water. I call to receptionist the man pick up my phone I was asking more bottle of water he said hotel set only 1 bottle if you need more you have to pay i was shocked with his answer because in pullman Köln the have complimentary 2 bottles of water but this hotel give only 1 and this hotel no slippers in the room also if compare with pullman Köln I prefer pullman Köln is better. I don't know why this hotel get top 10 in the application of trip.com and Ranked 4th of trip.com."

"Overall, it was excellent. The hotel has many rooms, and the rooms themselves are very spacious. Housekeeping cleans daily. There's a restaurant on the first floor with good food, making it definitely worth a stay. It's also very close to the Cologne Exhibition Centre, with a subway station right outside the hotel that gets you there in just 3 stops. Getting to Cologne Central Station is also super convenient, as there's a direct bus right in front of the hotel!"

"I totally recommend this hotel. We stayed there during a fair in Cologne and it is super well located. There is a tram about 10mon walk from. The hotel is surrounded by a lot choices of restaurants, shops, supermarkets. It's in the older part of the city, on the other side of the river. Hotel itself, they had a great selection for breakfast, the staff is very nice, the room are clean and nice and peaceful. I would go back"

"Kitchen facilities are complete - able to cook simple meals and save more. Near to mall and supermarket Auchan is opposite . Easy to board tram services too. Staff did not allow check in until exactly 3pm. Waiting area at reception only had 2 small sofas and pretty small . Staff was polite and air conditioning working well - esp important for hot summers. Walking distance from Strasbourg Gare train station and within walking distance from town"

"Don’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months"
