The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location was excellent for getting around. We could walk to all the nearby attractions, and there were plenty of great food options close by. Breakfast was decent. The only downside was that the front desk staff lacked patience and smiles.

The hotel seems a bit old, and the rooms definitely show their age, but they're quite spacious, which is a plus. The cleanliness was acceptable, and breakfast was decent – I mainly went for the salmon. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Cologne Exhibition Centre, definitely not walkable.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. There's even a direct pathway from the hotel restaurant that leads right to the river for a pleasant stroll. The view from the window is fantastic, looking directly out onto the church and old town hall. The room itself is quite spacious, though I did find my slippers getting stuck to the bathroom floor a few times.

My stay was very comfortable; the room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were professional and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend it.

Built in 1999, the hotel has an older design but is well-functioning. We booked a room with a church view, which was spacious. However, the bathroom only offered a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which doesn't quite meet the standards of similarly priced hotels in the city. A rather interesting feature is the grand lobby; at first glance, I thought it was a shopping mall! The piano bar on the first floor had a great atmosphere in the evening, until we realized the music seemed to be from a speaker and not actually played by a person, haha (or maybe the pianist had just finished their shift when we passed by).
