GGuest UserThe hotel is located at the foot of Cangyan Mountain, at the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to park in the hotel. It is more convenient to enter the scenic spot and go up the mountain the next day. It is very quiet at night, and the entrance is a piece of light at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very atmospheric and beautiful. The hotel room is spacious, very clean, and the view is very good. You can directly see the mountain view opposite. The breakfast is also very good. It is worthy of Jinjiang Group's production and is very quality. The next morning I went to Cangyan Mountain, simple and elegant, 100 meters waterfall, the suspended bridge building hall is even more amazing, from the bridge building hall to the Reclining Buddha Temple, then to the Princess grave attraction, and then down the mountain, the attraction is not falling, climbing is not very tired, overall very good. It takes about two hours to finish shopping. In the afternoon, I went to Zhanghewan Reservoir and Jinshan Scenic Area. The reservoir looked blue and very beautiful. Jinshan was climbing at the beginning. It was a bit hard, but there were knife and stone on the top of the mountain, and there were scenic spots such as the aerial suspension bridge. It was a worthwhile trip. It was easier to go down the mountain. The next day I went to the nearby Beigutai Village Gantao River rafting, climbing mountains and playing in the water, very complete.

SShengshiwuchaoThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and next to a subway station, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they saw we had a child and gave us a complimentary upgrade, and even sent fruit to the room. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserPets are welcome, but there may be restrictions on pet size, so it is recommended to confirm with the hotel in advance. Cleaning fee is 89/time, deposit is 1000, which will be refunded upon check-out without any problem. There is free parking in front of the door, but parking spaces are limited. The room is large, with dry and wet areas separated, clean and sanitary, thick mattress, and comfortable stay. But the hot water is a little insufficient. There is elevator control, giving you a sense of security. The breakfast is quite rich. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The price/performance ratio is suitable.

TTangyuxiaonazhaThe service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at.
The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam!
On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

The location is excellent and the travel is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep well. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the cleaning aunt is also very caring. Complete facilities and toiletries are easy to use, sound insulation effect is good, quiet and not noisy, cost-effective, next time I come to choose this one, highly recommended!

GGuest UserI stayed at this Holiday Inn store when I visited Shijiazhuang for the first time, I liked it so much I always stay here. Then I reserve this hotel often for my daughter’s frequent visits to Shijiazhuang, and after her stay this time, she strongly urged me to write a review since she was so impressed by the manager 賈曉玲 who helped her to find an up-graded room while the front desk could not get her into a room after the regular check-in time(probably due to the May One holiday crowd). I sincerely appreciate 賈曉玲 for her helpfulness and kind gesture. I’d say, as a busy traveler myself, I see what she did truly represent the best of of the hospitality business, and for what she had done for my daughter( as well as me), she gained a faithful customer for life. Thank you, 賈䁱玲.

GGuest UserMy stay at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fortune Centre was excellent overall. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the amenities were comprehensive.
I'd especially like to thank Lillian, one of the staff members. She handled communications very professionally, proactively addressed my billing concerns, and meticulously helped me check the room both before and after my stay. Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. The hotel's service standards were exceptional, and the personalized, human touch from the staff made me feel incredibly welcome! Thank you! It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended. OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆

LLiangchengguyue老賓館了，看之前評論在裝修之類的，入住之後能感覺到內部在逐步改造的感覺，大廳很氣派，進房間以後發現房間裏比較現代，衞生間的設施和環境還停留在20年前的感覺，挺有割裂感，房間內應該是近年重新裝修更換過傢俱，有點藝術氛圍，不過床墊還是老式彈簧席夢思，邊緣有點小硌，茶飲台看起來是新換不久的，壺裡沒有水垢很乾凈，使用方便，贈送的茶葉很夠勁，老公還特意帶走一包喝，被安排在走廊頂頭房間（829）衹有一個小窗户，剛進屋有點下水道的反味，自己通了通風，洗澡水很沖，水温合適，打開很快就有熱水，可能因為衞生間有些年久失修，隔斷有點漏水到旁邊，雖然鋪了毛巾地墊，但是沒有洗澡拖鞋，光腳出來踩在地墊上已經濕透了，下水也有點跟不上，床單可能沒有一客一換，或者洗衣房不乾淨，睡覺鑽進去才感覺到床上有異物，掀開來看發現一些挺大黑渣子，查看了其他位置還有1根頭髮，因為逛古城和夜市到挺晚懶得折騰就自己掃了掃睡了，第二天起床重新洗了澡，倒是沒有啥不好的症狀，希望店家再多改進衞生管理標準。

酒店位置很方便，離正定古城半小時車程，又離省博物館不遠，因為沒在鬧市區挺清凈的，臨近路邊很好找，院裏免費停車（退房時服務員會幫你錄一下車號出門），五一放假期間也沒有胡亂飛天漲價，早餐很棒，中西都有，菜肉水果齊全，自調了打滷麪因為太好吃都吃完了，餛飩也不錯，牛奶非常不推薦是植脂末沖的，單喝不好消化，內飾裝修整體為歐式風格，總之因為我們是臨時來玩住一晚就走還趕在勞動節假期第一天，攜程定的大約200米，性價比非常高了！
PS.829的電視有點小毛病，第一次打開的時候電視揚聲器有問題，關了重新開又好了，早上又打開是同一個毛病，電視很大很清晰，可以看直播。
正定古城白記牛肉罩餅吃了，牛肉不錯，建議多要二兩牛肉少吃餅，因為還去網紅夜市逛吃了，大油邊味道一般，央視採訪鍋包肉一定要吃，河北博物館旁邊的網紅酸奶杯可以來一個，確實是無糖老酸奶，全靠果料的味道，默認兩顆大草莓還有西瓜丁，大杯13能當飯吃
