The hotel is close to Chang'an Wanda, making transportation convenient as it's right by the subway exit. However, the lobby is very small, and the elevators take an incredibly long time. The hotel is located in an office building. The rooms are clean and hygienic, but the breakfast is just average. Even though there are four elevators serving the hotel, they are genuinely hard to wait for.

It is very quiet at night, and the entrance is a piece of light at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very atmospheric and beautiful. The hotel room is spacious, very clean, and the view is very good. You can directly see the mountain view opposite. The breakfast is also very good. It is worthy of Jinjiang Group's production and is very quality. The next morning I went to Cangyan Mountain, simple and elegant, 100 meters waterfall, the suspended bridge building hall is even more amazing, from the bridge building hall to the Reclining Buddha Temple, then to the Princess grave attraction, and then down the mountain, the attraction is not falling, climbing is not very tired, overall very good. It takes about two hours to finish shopping. In the afternoon, I went to Zhanghewan Reservoir and Jinshan Scenic Area. The reservoir looked blue and very beautiful. Jinshan was climbing at the beginning. It was a bit hard, but there were knife and stone on the top of the mountain, and there were scenic spots such as the aerial suspension bridge. It was a worthwhile trip. It was easier to go down the mountain. The next day I went to the nearby Beigutai Village Gantao River rafting, climbing mountains and playing in the water, very complete.

The room is large, with dry and wet areas separated, clean and sanitary, thick mattress, and comfortable stay. But the hot water is a little insufficient. There is elevator control, giving you a sense of security. The breakfast is quite rich. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The price/performance ratio is suitable.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, and the Train Night Market isn't far either, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. Bella provided wonderful service, proactively communicating and helping me resolve an issue. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. I had a truly comfortable stay.

The hotel's facilities are good, and the breakfast is decent. Plus, parking is free. However, the room is too small – definitely not 30 square meters – especially the shower, which is tiny and poorly designed. While the staff are all polite, the overall impression is one of unprofessionalism, and frankly, a significant lack of professionalism. The only explanation I can think of is insufficient training. Communication seems to be a widespread issue across all departments. Here are some specific points: 1. The welcome fruit platter was missing from my room. 2. On my second day, my key card stopped working. When I asked, I was told I needed to reactivate it at the front desk, but nobody had informed me of this beforehand. 3. I explicitly told the housekeeping staff multiple times not to enter my room and not to change the towels, yet they still came in and replaced them. In summary, the training department should take full responsibility for these shortcomings!

【Full score experience at Hutuo Hotel】 It was a pleasant surprise to stay at Hutuo Hotel! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and commercial area. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service is meticulous and thoughtful. The front desk is warm and professional 24 hours a day, and responds to any problems in seconds. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the local snacks are very authentic. I especially like the balcony in the room, which can take in the natural scenery of Hutuo River. The price-performance ratio is super high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is highly recommended, and I will definitely choose here next time!

I have to say, the location of this hotel is great. I went to Shijiazhuang with a friend for medical treatment, and I wanted to stay in a hospital that was not too far away. The front desk service was great and they helped me plan my route. The facilities are relatively advanced, clean and tidy, and very comfortable. If you want to stay in Shijiazhuang and want to stay in a cost-effective, clean and tidy hotel with good and new facilities, this is the hotel to choose.

Room was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆
