The room facilities were great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I especially loved the buckwheat pillow, which was super comfortable! 👍 I had a fantastic stay; it's surprisingly close to Kuan Alley and Dazhao Temple. I even managed to visit Qiandao Lake in the morning, and the scenery was beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and checked me in super fast. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! 👍👍👍 I truly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the city center, not far from Jokhang Temple. The decor and facilities are very new and highly intelligent. What surprised me was the heated towel rack – so thoughtful! They have their own underground parking, but spaces are limited. It's very convenient for dining and shopping, with a small supermarket downstairs and an incredibly delicious 'wild wonton' at the BBQ place across the street. All in all, everything is great except for the slight difficulty with parking, and the value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take photos of the room, so here are a few of the lobby instead.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around by taxi, car, or subway. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The staff are warm, polite, and very responsive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping is prompt. There's also a cozy little area next to the front desk where you can read or chat, and laundry and drying facilities are available, which is really convenient. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste.

It was really convenient because it was close to the railway station. On the first day I went, I said ”I'll give you the biggest room” and they gave me a room twice as big as the one I booked. I had a comfortable stay in a big room for 2 days. The front desk was easy to find and explained everything without any misunderstandings. The view is beautiful!😀

Amazing service because from start to finish they tried their hardest to accommodate every request that we have. Thankfully the location we found out was in the middle of a shopping district. Wish they have laundry service

The bedding was soft and dry, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, so I didn't hear any hallway noise. The bathroom had instant hot water, and the toiletries were complete and good quality. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the common areas are clean and well-maintained. It's also very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat nearby. There wasn't a single frustrating moment during my entire stay; the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

I extended my stay again! This morning, I had the pleasure of encountering a housekeeper surnamed Cui. She was incredibly efficient and thorough, tidying up neatly while responding warmly to my requests. Her hair was soaked with sweat, showing her dedication. She's truly honest and down-to-earth. Highly recommend!
