On December 30th, I rebooked a double room. The pillowcases and pillows didn't match, and the air conditioning only reached 22 degrees Celsius, which felt a bit chilly for the season. Luckily, the hotel provided a heater.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

The hotel is very clean. The soundproofing is good. The service is very friendly. The parking lot downstairs is large and convenient for shopping. I went out with friends and took the subway just a few hundred meters away. It was quite nice to travel. I highly recommend this hotel. The environment is more than 100 yuan and the cost performance is relatively high.

The location is fantastic, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby, and it's incredibly convenient to get around, with the subway station just a short distance away.
Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was immediately drawn to its stylish yet cozy decor. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient.
The rooms were clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches. The soft and comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom water temperature and pressure were perfect, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were delicious. The restaurant staff were very attentive, promptly clearing tables and proactively inquiring about our needs.
What surprised me most was the hotel's public areas, with their comfortable lounge area and fitness facilities, perfect for relaxing and exercising in our free time.

Very pleasant stay, room is quite new, smart (AI voice activated) lighting, curtains control. Clean sheets and linens, comfortable contour pillows. Lots of free to view movies. Although the hotel is located on a busy market street, sound proofing is good, quiet and cosy inside. Convenient location, between 2 metro stations, many shops nearby. Free to use washing machines in spacious laundry room which is a plus. Staff are courteous.

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

MMinia_MinjihongThe service was excellent, making us feel right at home. They offered tea during check-in and popcorn for the kids. When we returned late, they even brought us a sweet soup for the evening. The laundry service was also a great touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip without worries.
The room was spacious, and it even had a large window-side tatami platform – big enough that you could sleep an extra person on it if you added a blanket. It's not far from the main attractions, and you can easily walk to them. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

The amenities were comprehensive, the shower was comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and was very clean. They even offer a 'Midnight Porridge' buffet from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, featuring porridge, steamed buns, dumplings, and various side dishes – it was so comforting and thoughtful. Truly exceptional value for money!

We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.

GGuest UserA fantastic accommodation experience! It's right next to Lingqiao East, and the lively area is just across the bridge. The room was spacious, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, and even their clothes rack was high-end. The towels were nice too. There was Wi-Fi, a kettle, an elevator, and a room key. A truly excellent accommodation experience, and the price was very reasonable.
