GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

CChanlytsuiI looked at several hotels before booking and finally chose Zhen Ting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk service was attentive. My favorite part was the room with a bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, it's so relaxing to soak in a warm bath. Plus, the room was soundproof, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent (near Chenghuang Temple on Line 2). Tianyi Square is right next door, and it's convenient to get to Gulou and the Bund Bridge. Everything for food, drinks, and entertainment is on one street. Line 2 also goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It's really great value for money, highly recommend!

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

AAnonymous UserGood,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

GGuest UserThe experience far exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady had a wonderfully warm smile, and check-in was very quick. The room was more spacious than I imagined, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive: the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand with a subtle fragrance. The location is excellent, convenient for both attractions and shopping districts. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the local specialties were very authentic. At check-out, they even thoughtfully presented a small souvenir. Overall, it's great value for money, with warm service. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

MMLSuThe Fortune Bond Hotel Ningbo is conveniently located at the north square of Ningbo railway station, and the subway stations - The Metro Line 2 and line 4. Just exit F of line 4 and you can see the hotel across the street at the traffic light. We had a spectacular room view adjacent to the Moon Lake, which is a scenic spot with Jiangnan characteristics. We were fortunate to see a full flower moon on that night as the reflection of the moon could be seen on the lake; it was serene and beautiful as we can see the city lights of Tianyi and a bit of Laowaitan. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure of the shower is just right. Only issue is the TV, which we don't know how to operate it as it is in Chinese. It will be best to have an instruction of how to operate it for foreigner. Thanks!

DDing Ying ChorWe had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
