Hotels near Tianfu Square Station, Chengdu

I really liked the hotel and services. It’s location is near bus stops and metro, mini-grocery store and market with fresh veggies/fruits nearby. It’s is very quiet in the hotel despite it being in the center of the city! Hotel has self-service laundry, where you can wash and steam your clothes. Staff is very polite and helping out, we conversed mainly through translator app because they don’t speak English. As for the room, it was nice and tidy with a window to a closed small planted area. A tea set and everyday supply of water is what also made me happy. The only minor thing I can mention that I didn’t like is that because courtyard was very close to the room, if someone smoked outside, you could sense the smell in the room as well. For the rest I really enjoyed my stay at tianfu courtyard, I recommend this place if you like peace and quiet! Thank you

Excellent value for money hotel at a central location. Friendly staff and good cleaning crew. Pretty central location just a few minutes walk away from eastern exits of Tianfu Square station, which worked nicely for me as a first time solo visitor. Good connection to all sorts of places. Slightly curious setup with the ‘lobby’ by the street and the hotel floors dispersed inside the high rise building itself shared with a few other establishments. I suppose if it works it works. Got a 24-hour shop just outside on the left, and ample eateries of various vintage nearby as well. And coffee shops. Room was cleaned and bed remade daily. I would usually prefer to opt out of room service for shorter trips but couldn’t quite find any ‘do not disturb’ or ‘skip service’ sign handy, so just rolled with it. Bottled water and slippers were also replaced daily. Handy for the former, not too sure about the utility of the latter. There's apparently a self service laundry place on one of the floors as well but didn't need it during my stay so didn't explore. Decent view out to the street. Blackout curtains. Kettle and toiletries etc all available. Good WiFi and strong AC. Wasn’t ridiculously hot when I was visiting, but would have been a lifeline in summer. Room was well maintained, with bedding clean and tidy. 4 stars just because the bathroom tiles and fittings really showed their age. I’m reasonably happy they were all cleaned to a good standard, but there’s only so much you can do with oxidised silicone sealants and foam filler. They are probably in the process of doing up the bathrooms tbh, judging by the much sleeker appearance of the corridor and other units. 2 lifts. Can get a bit busy later on in the morning during checkout times, but no problem for the majority of my stay due to early start on trip days. Overall, excellent value for money. Probably wouldn’t recommend it as a honeymoon trip stay, but for regular touristy trips i think would be more than sufficient. Would probably stay there again I've I'm back visiting ChengDu proper.

We spent two nights in Chengdu primarily to visit the Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding and wanted a hotel that was central, walkable, and close to Kuanzhai Alley, parks, and temples. The Hidden House checked all of those boxes and ended up being one of the best stays of our trip. From check-in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were kind, spoke English, and immediately helped with our luggage, insisting on bringing it all the way to the room. Service throughout the stay was consistently attentive without feeling overbearing. The elevator is exterior-facing and very fast, consistently arriving within about 30 seconds. It was reliable the entire time, which is worth noting since that setup could raise concerns at first glance. We booked a deluxe double with a bathtub, which came with a private patio including a table, chairs, and an awning. This turned out to be a highlight. On our last night it rained, and we were still able to sit outside comfortably. The room itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the bathroom featured a high-end bidet with a heated seat and automatic lid. The shower had strong water pressure, and the included foot bath was a genuinely thoughtful touch, especially after walking over 10 km at the panda base. Breakfast was another standout. The menu is small, around four options, but that focus clearly pays off in quality. The dining area sits next to a water feature and offers private rooms, making for a calm start to the day. The americano was surprisingly good, and the congee, served with a salted duck egg, was excellent. There is also a self-service washing machine on the top floor, with detergent and antibacterial liquid provided. After 10 days of travel, being able to wash socks and undergarments, which many hotel laundry services will not handle, was a huge plus. Finally, the staff, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Tang, and Xiao Ying, really elevated the stay. They made everything feel easy and taken care of. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute walk from People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alley. If I return to Chengdu, I would stay here again without hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay here, largely thanks to 小周, 小赵 and the exceptional service team. We encountered some issues with our room during the first two nights, but the staff handled the situation perfectly. They were incredibly responsive, ratified the problem immediately, and quickly arranged a new room for us without any hassle. It’s rare to see such efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, super attentive and patient. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The hotel's location is fantastic, very central and convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Tianfu Square is just a 5-minute walk away. The room itself was good; though the facilities aren't the newest, it was clean, and most importantly, the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is located near the subway station and short walking distance to 宽窄巷子 and 天府广场. Many cafes, fast food and restaurants around the hotel, very convenient. There's a nice and cozy rooftop restaurant/cafe at 10th floor. We're very impressed by the excellent services of the staff there, from waiter and waitress, the room cleaner and other hotel staff, we're receiving warmest greetings and services from them everyday, we felt warm and homely during our stay. Their service must be graded as 5 stars service. Mild vibration might be felt sometimes due to it's near to the subway, but it wasn't affected us at all. Thank you Kew Green and we'll definitely be back again.

This hotel is a bit difficult to find. It shares the same building with many other hotels. The room is spacious and clean, with great view. Breakfast and night time snacks are very good. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. Metro entrance is very close too.

Very strategic place where everything just a walking distance. You can just walk around 300-500 m to the huangcheng mosque ( lot of halal food nearby the mosque) and tianfu square and the people's park just across the road. The price is also very cheap. The room is very clean and tidy. However for my room a little bit smelly maybe just for my room.

Staying here again after 2018, the facade and service are even better and more welcoming than before. Downstairs is a Muslim food street, and when I needed more water, a robot quickly delivered it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items. During housekeeping, they even left a note and extra tea bags, which was a very thoughtful touch. Any questions I had for the front desk were answered immediately. This was a truly comfortable stay, and it will be my first choice next time I visit Chengdu.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a very satisfying experience. It's near Chunxi Road, and only a ten-minute walk to Taikoo Li. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied! The front desk even kindly upgraded my room! It's convenient to get to all the scenic spots by taxi or subway, making it the best choice for travel!
