"Having stayed in so many hotels, this one is a must-recommend! The room is elegantly decorated and warm, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like sinking into a cloud, and you quickly drift off into sweet dreams.
The window offers a stunning view, and sunlight filters through the soft curtains onto the bed, brightening your mood upon waking. The bathroom is high-end, with instant hot water, making for a fantastic washing experience.

"During the concert, the price of Yiwen Apartment was too high. I booked 4 rooms for my colleagues! The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, sleeps comfortably, no mosquitoes and no smell, very good. There is also a washing machine, 24-hour hot water air conditioning, like it!"

"Thank you for the warm greetings of the store every day, feel at home~ The newly renovated room has a new protective film on the door handle of the room. The decoration style is refreshing and neat, the layout is reasonable; the quilt is clean. The air conditioning is super good, dare to open 29℃ cooling, otherwise I really can't sit. A pair of young and energetic shopkeepers, people on business trips really envy them: stand for each other at dusk, some people ask if the porridge is warm? The surrounding area is very convenient, the fruit shop is not far away, of course, if the air conditioner blows too cold and hurts the waist, 20 meters downstairs is the pharmacy~"

JJackydiscoThis All Seasons Hotel branch has the most thoughtfully designed rooms compared to others nationwide. Despite its proximity to the train station and mediocre soundproofing between rooms, it's generally quiet. Laundry service is available. My only two complaints are: first, the breakfast was the exact same every day during my four-day stay, with about a 90% repetition rate. Second, the two elevators are ten meters apart, forcing guests to choose one or the other. What a bizarre design choice.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is right in the heart of the shopping district 🛍️ The hotel is huge, and as soon as you step into the lobby, even the hallways smell fragrant~ 🌿
The main thing is that the location is incredibly convenient! You can walk to 6 shopping malls, and even Guangzhou's largest, Grandview Mall, is nearby ✨ Plus, there's a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant right downstairs called Chaofa Beef Hotpot, which is absolutely amazing! 🥹🥩 You can head straight back to the hotel after eating, no need to go far at all~

The hotel is situated at the junction of Beijing Road, next to T-Mall and bustling pedestrian walk, where there are scores of Restaurants and Shopping.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, although slightly expensive compared to nearby hotels.
Hotel Staffs are Very Friendly, Helpful and Professional, especially Ms Lucy, Ms Pan and Ms Ning, at the Front Reception.
Would Highly Recommend this hotel for All Travellors to enjoy the GZ hospitality!

We had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They made us feel immediately welcome and even arranged our rooms ahead of the standard check-in time. A special mention must go to Ms. Liang (Siau Liang), who provided exemplary professional service throughout our stay. Understanding the logistics of traveling with a large family, she thoughtfully arranged our two booked rooms right next to each other for our convenience. Because we were staying for 5 nights, she even took the initiative to upgrade one of our rooms to make this layout possible. This level of care and consideration made a massive difference to our trip.The cleanliness and design of the entire property were highly impressive. Our rooms were absolutely spotless, well-maintained, and featured a sleek, modern, yet simple aesthetic. It is clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work; every corner, from the pristine linens to the spotless bathroom, was thoroughly cleaned every day. Overall, the hospitality here is second to none. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. DDoumalebaMy stay at Mehow Lichi was much better than expected, no disappointments at all. I originally just booked it because it was nearby, but I didn't expect such a comfortable experience. Elena at the front desk was very quick with check-in and had a gentle demeanor, responding promptly to any requests. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable water pressure and effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

GGuest UserThe rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

IIULIAN KOSTIUKThe hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely.
Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great.
Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind.
As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

The rooms are luxuriously decorated and comfortable, the hygiene is top-notch, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend it to everyone.
