Let me talk about hygiene first: the sheets are clean and tidy, but the bathroom has a serious smell. I found that the toilet is clean when I first entered the house, but the bathroom has no windows. It feels that either the stains on the bathroom floor have not been cleaned up and the smell is scattered, or the sewers and the like are passed over.
Plus equipment: If the shower pipe in the bathroom uses a large nozzle, it will be frantically watery, where I finger
Let's talk about service: the first day of the stay, the little brother, the little sister who was slightly fat on the night of the stay, were very good and satisfied. Not satisfied with the front desk customer service at about 15 o'clock on the day of departure. As the front desk staff of the hotel, when the guest takes the mobile phone map navigation politely asks if you can tell which direction this place is going to. Can you be polite to see where I navigate first and then reply, you didn’t see it at all, just glanced at it and said that you don’t know.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can walk to Xihudao Snack Street for some delicious treats, and it's also close to Nankai University and Tianjin University if you want to visit. Taxis to Tianjin Eye and Ancient Culture Street only take about ten minutes. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering not only a variety of Chinese and Western hot dishes, fruits, and pastries, but also authentic and fresh Tianjin-style Jianbing Guozi and wontons.
The front desk staff are warm and professional; check-in was efficient, and they even offered helpful tips for family-friendly activities. The free WiFi is fast, and parking is convenient too. Whether you're traveling with kids or on a business trip, this place meets all your needs. It's definitely on my must-stay list for Tianjin, and I'll be booking here again next time!

The room was good and very clean, and the service was excellent. Its location is superb, just a ten-minute walk from Tianjin University. I stayed at this hotel with my family. We chose one closer to the city center, but with more affordable prices. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there are few shops nearby.
The room is quite spacious and cozy. There were no damages. The only thing I would like is for there to be 2 chairs in the room, since the room is designed for two people :)
The beds and other bedding are very comfortable, it was comfortable to sleep!
I would like to separately note the work of the staff, namely the girl named 王艺. Since my knowledge of Chinese is average, it was difficult to understand some things and explain them. However, 王艺 was very patient and friendly, always explained in detail and clearly, using a translator or sign language 😁 When contacting her, you could always get a good answer. We wanted to extend our stay at this hotel and some difficulties arose. Then 王艺 helped us a lot, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I want to thank her for her help during our stay at this nice hotel!

The environment is OK when you first enter the lobby, but the decoration style of the room is a bit dim. The pillow always has a smell of tobacco oil, which feels like it has entered the pillow. I dare not take a deep breath. I originally wanted to have a bigger room so I booked the Feifan room, but it only had a small half window. Bad review. I booked a hotel on the spur of the moment in the evening. The first night was around 500 yuan without any discount. I placed the order at 8pm, checked in at 9:30pm, and saw at 12pm that the room was over 300 yuan. It was a temporary decision and there was no follow-up. The breakfast was average overall, but the fried noodles tasted good. The room is soundproof, but you can still hear it. The TV cannot be cast, and the Tencent membership is still on the system, so the children can’t even watch cartoons. There was a spot with good service where the fire alarm went off and a staff member checked it promptly. The hotel is located very convenient to the subway.

Five stars isn't the limit for this rating, it's the limit for the hotel itself!
**Service:** The service was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly kind. I was there for an exam, and when he found out, he complimentary offered me breakfast, a box of fruit, a late check-out until 2 PM, and even upgraded my room. Later, due to equipment issues in my room, I had to move around, and they upgraded my room again – two upgrades in total! When I finally checked out, they even gave me a gift box as an apology.
**Room:** Clean and tidy. As it's a newly opened hotel, everything was spotless. The soundproofing was also good, or perhaps it was just quiet because there weren't many guests, so I slept very well. The underfloor heating was fantastic; I even slept with the window open and still felt a bit warm.
**Hotel Facilities:** Breakfast was plentiful. The gym had treadmills and bikes, but no strength training equipment.
**Location:** It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. There's a park nearby. Since I was there for an exam, its proximity to the test center (only 400m away) was very convenient.
**Suggestions:** The shower pressure in the bathroom wasn't very strong, and the water took a while to heat up. It didn't bother me too much personally, but I hope the hotel can address this.
I've never written such a detailed hotel review before, but this place genuinely left a fantastic first impression of Tianjin.

GGuest UserThis Orange Crystal hotel opened last year. Huazhu Group's City Comfort Inn, Orange Crystal, and Manxin brands have been updating rapidly in recent years. For the same price point, the experience is definitely much better than Marriott, Hilton, or IHG's mid-to-high-end lines. They seem to understand domestic consumers better in terms of service and humanized touches. It's quite good! ^_^

GGuest UserIf you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.
My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke.
There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

Cleanliness: Despite being an older hotel, it was incredibly clean. It met all my expectations for hygiene. I hope they continue to maintain their cleaning and disinfection standards so more guests can enjoy their stay.
Environment: The environment was beyond words. The hotel is right by the Haihe River, and at night, you can see the entire cityscape, which is breathtaking! ❤️👍 The views are unbeatable, and getting around is super convenient.

HhightangThis is an older international hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it does have an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The mattress is a bit soft, and the TV doesn't support screen casting. The shower water pressure was good, and the room itself was spacious. The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Xibeijiao, and right next to Lujiazui Mall and Shuishang City Shopping Mall.

GGuest UserWe had the best experience staying at the Four Seasons in Tianjin. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Melinde took time to greet guests and remember details about our stay, our check out date, even my love for Jian bing guo zi! She then worked with her team to ensure that those preferences and details were noted across all our interactions with the hotel staff. We appreciated the special care from 小齐, Leo, Elyn and our room attendant Qiu Hua (?). The warm and personable customer experience really sets the Four Seasons apart from the Ritz Carlton.
The decor was modern, tasteful, and the amenities were just right. The rooms were spacious and very clean. This was one of the few hotels we could find in Tianjin which offered a crib for our little one. The one mini gripe I had was that the light switches were a bit confusing but other than that we loved every bit of our stay.
We also enjoyed the breakfast options and especially loved the freshly made wontons and melon and date juice. Staying at the Four Seasons was one of the highlights of our stay in Tianjin and we look forward to being back!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always willing to help. You could truly feel their dedication to service. As the holiday comes to an end, I'm sad to leave, and I hope to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin!
