The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The service was warm, attentive, and they were always ready to assist with any request. Many attractions are within walking distance, making it great value for money. The environment is clean, and getting around is very convenient with easy access to transportation. The surroundings are lovely, and it's very close to the scenic spots. The room itself was clean, spacious, and bright.

It's a shame I only discovered this hotel on my second day in Guangzhou and could only stay one night, haha. I'll definitely choose this place again if I come back. The room had a mini-fridge and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the window allowed for great ventilation. Besides the bed, there were plenty of surfaces for storage, making the space feel very generous. If I recall correctly, the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room are the same as those found in some Atour hotels – they wash and dry clothes perfectly, which is super convenient. The large TV also supported screen casting. What's more, the overall lighting in the hotel was wonderfully bright and inviting. The hotel's location is also close to attractions, and the soundproofing was quite good. Even the clothes hangers in the room allowed clothes to air out properly without being pressed against the wall. All in all, I'm very satisfied! 👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽👍🏼👍🏻👍

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is quiet and spotless, and my room was cozy and comfortable with really soft bedding that helped me get a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, from guiding me at check-in to reminding me about check-out. The location is excellent too, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip or vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value and a wonderful experience!

This hotel is well-balanced in every aspect; cleanliness, service, and location are all top-notch. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent facilities. It offers superb value for money and the check-in experience was great. The staff were very friendly and the location is convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The first room I was given didn't match the room type and photos shown on Ctrip. The shower and toilet layout was very odd; the showerhead was right next to the toilet with no separation, and the space was very cramped. This room type might even be disliked by others if offered as a special deal (Picture 1). I then called the front desk to explain the situation and asked if I could change my room type. I was ready to complain if they said no rooms were available. The front desk staff were very accommodating, saying they had other room types and asked me to come down to swap key cards. After the change, the room was exactly what I booked on Ctrip, and I was satisfied. However, since it was still during the Chinese New Year period, the front desk didn't proactively wish me a Happy New Year upon arrival, which is a basic service expected from a hotel and a bit disappointing. Unlike other hotels in the same price range, there were no welcome gifts like candy or snacks for New Year bookings.

The room itself is small, and the facilities are basic. However, the bathroom is quite spacious, making it convenient and comfortable to use. The room layout matches the description. The small balcony is a great feature, especially with the clothes drying rack, which is handy for laundry. This room type is a good choice for solo travelers or young couples who prioritize safety, cleanliness, and value for money.

Stayed at Family room 8306 on 17 to 24 April 2026 Positive Hotel room. Nice clean and spacious room. Toilet are relatively clean and we especially loved the foot sensor flushing for its convenience and novelty. The overhead shower water pressure is great after a long day of walking and shopping. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a restful sleep. Hotel. Taobao enabled hotel. Order stuff and have them sent to the hotel for pickup. Food delivery enabled. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor for guests. There are daily fresh water bottles stocked up next to a lift for guests usage. The front counter also provided a coffee-tea biscuit station for guests waiting at the lobby. I can't get enough of the biscuits. There is a pot of light stuff available in the evening for a quick bite. The counter staff are attentive and will walk around serving tea to guests waiting in the lobby which is a nice touch. They are very responsive and will make great efforts to attend to our inquiries. Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk away out of the hotel front door both left and right direction are good for foodies. Both directions lead to long streets of local food and amenities. Breakfast. Breakfast, filling and decent enough if you are not picky. Anyway it's free. We usually slept until very late and ate out at Dian dou de (Didi there) or local food around the hotel. Transport. There is a metro station just about 10 minutes walk away but didn't get to ride it because it's more convenient to grab a Didi right at the hotel front lobby. The hotel location is just under half an hour ride to Shangxiajiu and Beijing road. We also took a 30 minute didi (8.00am) to Baiyun shan for a day trip. It took about 5 hours to explore it. Negative Didi. The hotel is not located right on the main road. There are roadwork during our first 3 days there and the side road entrance to the hotel are blocked. We have to grab our Didi at the main road instead of the hotel lobby Luggage rack. The hotel room really needs a big luggage table or rack for guests with multiple big luggage. The tiny rack currently available is not enough to use. This is a Big Big Problem. .. Big Problem. Must rectify immediately. Room wifi. The room wifi is not available for use during our entire stay. Totally unable to get any connections at all. This is a minor annoyance. Room keeping. The beds are not made up everyday. Although we don't really mind. It will be nice to come back to a tidy bed. On 2 separate nights we need to personally take towels for my daughter and tissue pack from the house keeping cart because our room is not supplied correctly..

The room was incredibly clean with great natural light. The bedding was soft and breathable, so after a long day, I fell asleep very quickly. The soundproofing was also excellent; I didn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside at night. It's only a five-minute walk to the commercial area downstairs, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety, including hot porridge, pastries, and fruit, all of which tasted great. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Traveling to Guangzhou with my best friend, the absolute best thing about this hotel was the service, which made us feel 'right at home'. One evening, we ordered takeout and called the front desk to ask the robot to deliver it. The front desk attendant was incredibly polite and even reminded us to keep our phones on sound so we wouldn't miss the robot's arrival at our door – they thought of such a small detail, which made us feel incredibly at ease. The next day, after a tiring outing, we crashed until noon check-out. The front desk proactively offered a late check-out, allowing us to sleep in and then go out without feeling rushed at all. We went for dim sum at the nearby Dian Du De, and had some leftovers we planned to save for dinner. The front desk saw them and proactively offered to heat them up and bring them to our room, even adding two extra bottles of water, saying they were worried we might get thirsty from chatting. My friend was so touched that she immediately said we'd come back again. The best travel experience is when you can feel as comfortable as you do at home, even when you're with your best friend. This hotel truly delivered on that. Sincerity like theirs can't be hidden, and we'll definitely be back next time.
