Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new, having just opened this year, and the equipment is excellent. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is excellent; the lobby, corridors, and rooms are all very clean. Environment: The environment is clean and tidy. Our room was near the road, and the soundproofing was quite good. It's very convenient to get around; the Kunming Museum is diagonally opposite, and it's about a five-minute electric scooter ride to Kunming MixC, Kunming Hang Lung Plaza, and Chajie Flower Market. It's about a ten-minute ride to Wuliduo Agricultural Expo Square. Ordering takeout is also super convenient; popular milk tea and bread deliveries arrive in about ten minutes – so convenient! From the airport, take Line 6 directly, and it's about a seven or eight-minute walk from the station to the hotel. No need to transfer, it's really convenient. There's an underground parking lot, and taxis are readily available right outside the hotel. Service: The receptionists were incredibly helpful. Since we only decided to visit Kunming for two days on short notice, we hadn't done any planning, and they recommended many places to shop and eat, which we were very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious!

[Location] Opposite MixC, near Chajie Station, convenient to the airport, and convenient to take the subway and taxi to other places. [Room] It looks old, but it meets personal needs very well. Like: Because of my foot injury, I tried to ask the front desk if there was a band-aid when I returned to the hotel at night. After asking about my injury, the front desk gave me a band-aid and iodine stick (perfect! I need it but I think the hotel may not have it) 2. Doubt: I checked in at 2 pm, and they said that the room was not cleaned yet, and asked me whether I should wait in the lobby or go in. Because my foot was injured, I wanted to take off my shoes when I entered the room to avoid covering the wound all the time, so I chose to stay in the room that had not been cleaned up. Later, the aunt came, so I rested while watching the aunt clean up. Later, in order to avoid embarrassing the aunt, I hurried out again (I don’t really understand, I saw that the hotel was not full, why must I be given a room that had not been cleaned up). [Others] The crew of China Eastern Airlines also stayed here; there is an airport shuttle bus at the entrance of the hotel. If you need it, you can ask the hotel. I personally took the subway directly for 6 yuan; there is a small supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which feels quite convenient for buying souvenirs or eating something in the middle of the night.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and close proximity to Kunming South Railway Station. The surrounding amenities are good, the facilities are complete, and it's clean and tidy. The service is also great! It's definitely worth staying here again.

I've stayed at Hilton Garden Inn hotels before during my travels, and they are consistently reliable. (*Special commendation: The staff's integrity in returning lost valuables is truly commendable!!)

My partner and I came to Yunnan for our honeymoon during the off-peak season. The front desk lady added me on WeChat beforehand to ask about our preferences and any special requirements. The concierge even thoughtfully sent us directions to the hotel. I have to say, Kunming really has so much delicious food! It's our first time here, and it feels like we could spend several days just exploring this area. **Facilities:** The overall furnishings are quite tasteful. Although the decor and history of this place feel quite dated, you can tell a lot of effort went into it. All the furniture is made of rosewood, and it's clear that the design of the pavilions, terraces, and soft furnishings perfectly aligns with Chinese aesthetics. It's truly beautiful, as if every scene was specifically designed by a professional. There's a really, really large executive lounge that's perfect for photos – it feels more like an upscale business club. It's also great for families and friends! Every single staff member's service was truly exceptional. They enthusiastically greeted us every time they saw us 😄 It was a very, very satisfying experience!

Can tell this hotel already operated for many years by looking at the room layout and the basic amenities. But it is well maintained. Feel comfortable and clean to stay. We travel around Kunming by Didi. Sometimes needs to wait a bit longer for Didi to reach to the hotel to pick us maybe due to they have to drive through the busy streets. Services wise i think quite standard, just that we don’t feel the warm hospitalities from the hotel reception like other hotel.

We had a lovely stay. Frie day staff who would use translation to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was very chi ese, as you would expect in China. I was surprised to be offered mayonnaise on waffles and cakes rather than perhaps honey, but you go with the flow when on holiday. Large selection a d cappuccino (sweet only) readily available with breakfast toi. We enjoyed the Smart hotel with toom that talked to us when we entered and friendly robot room service that almost bit one lady exiting the lift... was funny to watch. Heat fun for our first hotel in China. We were Lso close to Dwarf Empire for a visit!! Close to park for jogging Nd great noodle shops next to subway station.

The hotel location is excellent, right in the city center not far from Kunming Station, with convenient transportation nearby. When checking in, the front desk arranged a quiet room for me, so I slept very peacefully at night. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. The cleanliness was good, and the facilities were complete. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The breakfast selection was very rich, and the service was good. The rooms and lobby were very clean, and they also offer luggage storage. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to drive out of the hotel entrance once you'd driven in. There was no staff to guide traffic, and cars often blocked the exit, which caused delays.
