Facilities: The hotel opened this year, so everything is super clean and the facilities are all brand new. We arrived in Kunming at night, and it's really close to Kunming Station, within walking distance, which was very convenient. Ambiance: The environment is also excellent. We checked in around midnight, and the kids were too tired, so I didn't get a chance to take photos. But as soon as we walked in, it felt so beautiful, like stepping into a cafe 🥰. Service: The service was absolutely top-notch. The ladies helped us with our luggage, gave little gifts to the kids, and even showed us to our room. So thoughtful ❤️. This newly opened downtown hotel, built in 2025, is a gem! It's just a 3-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, Shuncheng, and Jinma Biji Archway. Plus, there are tons of amazing food options nearby, making it the perfect base for any food-loving adventurer. The entire room features smart controls, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. While the hairdryer isn't a Dyson, the Laifen is still excellent. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival, and the minibar is entirely free. The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage, and the views from our 28th-floor room, overlooking the city lights at night, were stunning. The 24-hour gym is a huge plus, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted – a truly thoughtful amenity. Many star-rated hotels are still stuck with traditional satellite TV, so it was a delight to find that this one offers screen mirroring that works seamlessly. The smart entertainment system is a standout feature, and I give it a big thumbs up! (*≧∪≦)👍🏻 Now, let's talk about breakfast: The selection of Chinese and Western dishes is extensive, including many authentic Yunnan specialties. The rare pea flour, kumiss, five-color glutinous rice, and flower cakes were all outstanding and delicious. My only regret is not getting to try the Eggs Benedict – a slight disappointment. The restaurant service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, proactively guiding us to our table. They even offered coffee to go, cleared plates promptly, and provided warm and thorough service throughout. This truly enhanced my experience. Justin Liu deserves a special mention for his proactive enthusiasm and prompt responses. Five stars!

This hotel was a stopover for my return flight from Kunming the next day. I originally planned to book a different hotel, but I saw the good reviews and decided to go with this one for its value for money. It was indeed a good choice. It's newly renovated, and the facilities are very new, not inferior to other hotels. It's quite noisy near the airport at night, and the neighbors were also loud, but they provided earplugs, which was great. For breakfast, there were four stir-fried dishes. The dining area was small and very cramped. Lower-priced hotels tend to attract guests who hog seats and grab food... Finally, this was the only hotel that didn't call me before check-in, and I thought that was that. But after checking out, they called me for a good review... The environment is decent, but the service doesn't quite measure up and can't compare to other hotels.

The overall stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with no stains or water marks on the desk or in the bathroom. The bedding was soft and odorless, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept straight through till morning. Check-in at the front desk was quick, the staff were friendly, and they responded promptly to any requests. The location is convenient for getting around, and for the price, it offers incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again for my next trip.

Overall, it was genuinely great. I stayed here with my parents and child, and the beds were quite large. The breakfast was plentiful; though I didn't get to try it, my parents did and they were very happy, which made me happy too. The front desk staff was excellent. When my child wasn't feeling well, they told us which hospital to go to, and all our questions and issues were communicated and resolved promptly. The hotel also has a laundry room. It was a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for getting everywhere. Really good!

The most satisfying stay of our entire trip! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious, with meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout, including corners and the bathroom. The bedding is fluffy and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, completely blocking out noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, proactively informing us about nearby attractions and local eateries. Any items we requested were promptly delivered by room service. Parking is convenient, the toiletries are high-quality, and the breakfast offers a rich and fresh variety. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I genuinely recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area.

Great location! very close to the metro and railway station. we arrived very late in kunming, the staff kindly waited for us, which we really appreciated. the room was clean and had all basic aminities. overall, fine for short stay.

The hotel is newly renovated, the room is very comfortable, there is a snack street downstairs, it is convenient, the hotel service is very good, and it is also very close to the high-speed rail. Relatively speaking, it is comfortable to stay and the experience is good. You can choose this hotel if you are transiting nearby!

My friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

This time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
