"The hotel facilities and environment are excellent, very clean, and the bedding and bathroom amenities are high quality. The hotel service is great, thoughtful and attentive; they proactively contacted me to provide useful information for my stay. Due to a change in plans, I needed to shorten my stay from three days to one, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patiently helped me adjust the reservation. Breakfast was abundant and offered a wide variety of choices. The '188 Mushroom Hot Pot' set meal, ordered as a main course, was incredible value for money. There was so much food, my group was shocked when it arrived – even bigger portions than Northeastern Chinese cuisine, and the flavor was exceptionally fresh and delicious."

"This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that."

"The hotel was great! Parking was very convenient. A 'travel butler' (concierge) contacted me beforehand to ask about room preferences and informed me which lobby to check in at. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. In the evening, the butler even brought some 'goodnight milk', and the fruit in the room was really fresh. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely be back!"

"I stayed at this hotel during the May Day holiday. Due to my itinerary, I didn't choose to stay in downtown Kunming. This location might be a bit inconvenient for tourists who don't drive, but it's quite good for those who do. There's parking available, and it seems to have some family-friendly features, with a small children's playground on the first floor. It was a bit noisy, which I personally didn't like. Check-in was quite smooth. The room was fairly large, and the basic amenities were complete. There was no conditioner, which is a bit inconvenient for people with long hair. Nowadays, many chain hotels provide it. I didn't go to the hotel for breakfast, so I don't know what it was like and won't comment on it."

"The front desk staff, Xiao Duan, provided excellent service. She called us in advance after seeing our reservation to ask about our room preferences and arranged a quiet room for us, even giving us a small gift. Upon entering the room, we found it to be very clean. The hotel just opened, so the facilities and equipment are all brand new. There's also a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. The swimming pool is heated, which is fantastic. Plus, the breakfast buffet is delicious. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The glutinous Pu'er Tuo tea is exceptionally fragrant. Aside from being a bit far from the city center, this hotel is flawless. The room size is generous, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The front desk lady even gave us many small gifts, including a complimentary drink for each person to choose from, a steam eye mask, earplugs, facial wipes, and snacks. I particularly want to highlight the breakfast; it's truly sumptuous! And they even offer iced Americano – how fancy is that? The rose-flavored pastries are super delicious! Plus, they have freshly cooked rice noodles with Matsutake mushrooms, which were so good. Highly recommend!"

"The room was incredibly clean and smart – the AI assistant 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' could help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector. The bathroom was also spotless! What impressed me most during my stay was the service from the front desk staff. I've traveled to so many cities, and honestly, this is the best service I've ever experienced! I won't go into all the details, you really have to experience it for yourself. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to the airport, and best of all, there's a night market right downstairs. As a night owl, this was perfect for me; you can literally find food 24/7. Besides the night market, there's even a breakfast place that opens at 3 AM! If you're worried about noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, so you'll sleep like a baby, haha. The facilities are all excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"I chose the Guandu Grand Hotel during my trip to Kunming, and the experience was absolutely fantastic – a definite five-star review! From the moment I arrived by car, everything was incredibly convenient. The hotel has free parking with plenty of spaces, making it easy to find a spot – perfect for drivers! What impressed me most was the hotel's service; I felt incredibly warm throughout my stay! The front desk staff were all smiles and friendly, check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively and thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and patiently recommended nearby attractions and local restaurants. Any issues I encountered during my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by the staff. From front desk to room service, everyone was exceptionally welcoming, and their attention to detail was truly heartwarming. A special shout-out to the bespectacled manager at the front desk! The hotel's location is also superb. There are many attractions nearby, including the Guandu District Museum, which is within walking distance, and Shuangqiao Night Market and Guandu Forest Park. It's convenient for sightseeing and exploring, making it easy to get around. Overall, the stay was excellent – ​​the service, parking, and location were all impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming and highly recommend it!"

The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was skin-friendly, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. The 24-hour hot water was reliable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. The common areas were clean and picture-perfect. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with a full selection of desserts and beverages. The hotel is conveniently located and parking is easy. All the staff were gentle and friendly. From the front desk ladies' detailed and considerate service to the well-equipped rooms, the entire stay was comfortable and flawless. It offers incredible value for money and is my top choice for travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!"
