"This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that."

"The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained. The amenities are also of excellent quality, and there's an endless supply of water, along with local Yunnan specialties like flower cakes and tamarind juice, which was a very nice touch. The front desk staff were attentive and genuinely considerate, proactively assisting with luggage storage and retrieval. They even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. I must also mention the hotel's distinctive 'tile cat' key card. It's a shame that a physical version isn't available for purchase; I hope the hotel considers offering one in the future."

"Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, five-star rating! The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, taking taxis, shopping, and dining. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were warm, polite, and attentive. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The utilities (water, electricity, bathroom, air conditioning, etc.) were all in good working order. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the dining environment was clean and tidy. It was great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

The overall experience far exceeded expectations, with great attention to detail and a refreshing, comfortable room. The service was just right, not overbearing, and provided a strong sense of relaxation, significantly easing my travel fatigue. I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting the area."

"Excellent! A very new hotel, conveniently located near the train station. It was an easy walk, even with kids and luggage. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing special slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for the little ones. Coffee and drinks were also unlimited. I used to primarily stay at Lavande, but their standards are slowly declining. This is a fantastic new holiday option, a perfect 5 out of 5! The room was also exceptionally clean, and they even provided eye masks and earplugs – such thoughtful details! The bath and body set was great too; it didn't leave my skin dry or with a greasy residue, nor did it have a cheap, artificial fragrance. Just excellent! And the smart toilet… almost forgot to mention: you can grab alcohol wipes, dental floss, lotion, and more at the exit when you leave. The breakfast was also very diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. Keep up the great work! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm passing through Kunming."

"Top hotel that really fulfils the 5 stars it carries. Staff very friendly but English proficiency is rather mixed. Super clean and nice new spacious rooms. You can even wash and dry laundry for free on the third floor - they provide detergent, machines and ironing stuff. The location is medium central, to the sights of the city it's quite far (at least 20min DiDi or 50min bus, metro station is 35 mins by foot away). On the other hand, the hotel is right next to the Yunnan Mushrooms Heritage street with dozens of amazing hotpot restaurants. Also there's an old street about 300m away. So there's plenty to do around the hotel, it's just a bit long to get anywhere else."

"The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised can be solved attentively. The hotel is also very fast to the airport, which is much better than staying near the airport and convenient for travel. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it next time."

"We chose the family room for our trip with the kids, and the room decor was fantastic; the little ones absolutely loved it. The hotel's facilities and amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was very rich and varied. The staff were attentive and patient, and the hotel's location is also superb. After a workout, go grab a bowl of rice noodles, and your happiness doubles! Don't miss the night view from the 52nd floor. From sunset to twilight, the rooftop garden feels just like 'City A' from a novel, and the ambiance is absolutely incredible ✨. The rooms are so comfortable, you won't want to leave: The high-floor views are absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing time with tea and a book. The bed and sofa feel like they have magnets; you'll find yourself binging shows for half a day. The body lotion has a super luxurious scent, and after applying it, I felt incredibly refined. The breakfast spread is amazing! The balance of meat and vegetables is just right, perfect for fueling up before continuing your city walk. The location is also worry-free; it's about a 10-minute walk from Wujiaba Metro Station, and Cuihu Lake and Nanping Street are not far. Everything for eating, living, and transportation is convenient. It's right in the center of Kunming, like the city's heart, bustling with high-rises and traffic."
