AAnonymous UserThis hotel, newly opened this year, offers exceptional value for money given its price and location. It's about 3 kilometers from Cuihu Lake and 1.5 kilometers from Kunming Old Street. There's a convenience store and pharmacy right across the street. The only minor drawback was that when I went for breakfast around 9 AM, most of the food was already gone. I waited for a while, but nothing was refilled, so I just grabbed a coffee and went back to my room. All the staff were very polite and proactive. The room itself was spacious, with a separate vanity area and a wet/dry partitioned bathroom. Plus, they offer free laundry service through their WeChat mini-program.

GGuest UserLanded at Kunming airport late at night. I was originally planning to stay in a capsule hotel, but I found this place on Trip.com offering free airport pick-up, even late at night. The front desk lady was very patient and guided me to the shuttle, and even upgraded my room for free! I was just looking for a place to crash for one night, but the room turned out to be surprisingly good, with smart features. The breakfast was also excellent. What a fantastic start to my Yunnan trip!

AAbodahaiFor travelers with an overnight layover or an early morning flight at Kunming Changshui Airport, this All Seasons Hotel, located directly inside the terminal, is an absolute lifesaver. As a mid-range brand under Huazhu Hotels, it offers unparalleled convenience. Here’s a detailed review of my stay: **Core Advantages: Ultimate Convenience and Seamless Transitions** * **Unbeatable Location:** The hotel is situated directly on the F2 level of Terminal 1. If you're arriving domestically, simply exit gate A, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, and you'll be right at the front desk. For early morning flights the next day, just take the express elevator to the 3rd or 4th floor to reach the check-in counters. The entire walk takes only about 5 minutes, perfectly avoiding rush-hour traffic. * **Hassle-Free Luggage:** They support luggage check-in until 9:30 PM, allowing you to go directly to your gate the next day without the burden of carrying large bags. **Hardware Facilities: Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtful Details** * **Room Experience:** The rooms consistently feature All Seasons' minimalist, natural wood style, and the facilities are very new. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airplane noise from the airport, ensuring a high-quality sleep. * **Thoughtful Touches:** Rooms are equipped with hidden power outlets, disposable toilet seat covers, and a 24-hour intelligent assistant device. The front desk also thoughtfully provides welcome fruits (like flower cakes and fruit), which is a great perk for travelers on a tight schedule.

MM557041****I absolutely loved this hotel in every aspect. The service was attentive and meticulous, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Plus, they even extend breakfast until 1:30 PM, which is a huge bonus! The value for money is exceptional, and the location is very convenient for transportation. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

RRalph D.SAmenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
