"I stayed at the Yihua International Hotel for a business trip and brought my child along. The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe family room, which was beyond my expectations! It's conveniently located in a high-tech zone with easy access to transportation. The room had complete amenities for children, including toothbrushes, bathrobes, and books – everything you could need. The breakfast had a rich variety, with steamed dumplings, cartoon-shaped buns, and millet porridge, all light and easy to digest, which my child loved. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also free, making it super convenient to refuel after going out. The public self-service laundry room with a dryer was a lifesaver, so I didn't have to worry about washing clothes with a child. The hotel's 99 free value-added services were incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming (see attached photo for details!). It's perfect whether you're on a business trip and bringing your child along, or just on a family vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends with kids."

The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and the whole process does not take long to wait. "The Hyatt Centric Xi'an Gaoxin MixC is an amazing experience and truly an ideal haven for business travelers! The biggest surprise was the complimentary afternoon tea. The red velvet cake and tiger skin Swiss roll were exquisitely delicate, and the savory snacks paired perfectly with fresh fruit. Plus, the freshly ground coffee and tea were free-flowing, with rich, creamy foam and beautiful latte art. Enjoying it in the lobby with city views was incredibly relaxing. The handsome and beautiful staff at the front desk were warm and efficient. Check-in was completed in seconds, and they thoughtfully informed us about the hotel facilities and local tips. The restaurant's Shaanxi-style breakfast was made-to-order, with authentic flavors like 'saudou noodles' and 'roujiamo', offering both nutrition and great taste. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; when we requested a last-minute clean, the staff arrived quickly and left the room spotless – attention to detail was perfect. This truly lives up to Hyatt's quality standards. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an!"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside a metro station, making it super convenient for getting to attractions and the airport. While the room wasn't huge, it was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer stunning panoramic views of Xi'an. The front desk staff, especially Yueyue, provided warm and efficient service during check-in. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and healthy. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"This hotel is conveniently located on Keji Road, just a 3-minute walk from the Keji Road metro station, serving lines 3 and 6. This makes it incredibly easy to get to major attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and the Bell Tower directly by subway. The guest rooms feature a smart home control system throughout, and the bathrooms have a wet/dry separation. The mattress is just right, not too soft and not too firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini-bar offers complimentary bottled water, beverages, and Peet's coffee capsules. There's also a 24-hour self-service gym, a laundry room with drying facilities, and a diverse breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in and provided excellent service. Free parking is a huge plus. This hotel offers incredible value for money in the High-tech Zone. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an."
