"I stayed for two nights. During check-in, I sat in the lobby for a while and accidentally left my wallet there. I didn't realize it was missing until I was already preparing to head back to Changsha. I called the hotel, and they had kept my wallet safe and sound. I'm so incredibly grateful! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an. This experience has certainly increased my positive impression of Hilton."
"I stayed at the Yihua International Hotel for a business trip and brought my child along. The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe family room, which was beyond my expectations! It's conveniently located in a high-tech zone with easy access to transportation. The room had complete amenities for children, including toothbrushes, bathrobes, and books – everything you could need. The breakfast had a rich variety, with steamed dumplings, cartoon-shaped buns, and millet porridge, all light and easy to digest, which my child loved. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also free, making it super convenient to refuel after going out. The public self-service laundry room with a dryer was a lifesaver, so I didn't have to worry about washing clothes with a child. The hotel's 99 free value-added services were incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming (see attached photo for details!). It's perfect whether you're on a business trip and bringing your child along, or just on a family vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends with kids."
"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The overall environment was clean, tidy, and cozy, making me feel incredibly relaxed as soon as I entered the room. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, always smiling and patient, professional, and responsive to my questions – a truly heartwarming experience. From the ambiance to the service, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
"The location of the hotel is particularly excellent and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and the whole process does not take long to wait. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had no smell, the toiletries were complete, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and the night was particularly quiet. The overall price is super high, the stay experience is particularly comfortable, I really recommend it to everyone, I will choose this next time!"
"The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit."
"The Hyatt Centric Xi'an Gaoxin MixC is an amazing experience and truly an ideal haven for business travelers! The biggest surprise was the complimentary afternoon tea. The red velvet cake and tiger skin Swiss roll were exquisitely delicate, and the savory snacks paired perfectly with fresh fruit. Plus, the freshly ground coffee and tea were free-flowing, with rich, creamy foam and beautiful latte art. Enjoying it in the lobby with city views was incredibly relaxing.
The handsome and beautiful staff at the front desk were warm and efficient. Check-in was completed in seconds, and they thoughtfully informed us about the hotel facilities and local tips. The restaurant's Shaanxi-style breakfast was made-to-order, with authentic flavors like 'saudou noodles' and 'roujiamo', offering both nutrition and great taste. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; when we requested a last-minute clean, the staff arrived quickly and left the room spotless – attention to detail was perfect. This truly lives up to Hyatt's quality standards. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an!"
"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside a metro station, making it super convenient for getting to attractions and the airport. While the room wasn't huge, it was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer stunning panoramic views of Xi'an. The front desk staff, especially Yueyue, provided warm and efficient service during check-in. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and healthy. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."
"This hotel is conveniently located on Keji Road, just a 3-minute walk from the Keji Road metro station, serving lines 3 and 6. This makes it incredibly easy to get to major attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and the Bell Tower directly by subway.
The guest rooms feature a smart home control system throughout, and the bathrooms have a wet/dry separation. The mattress is just right, not too soft and not too firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini-bar offers complimentary bottled water, beverages, and Peet's coffee capsules. There's also a 24-hour self-service gym, a laundry room with drying facilities, and a diverse breakfast buffet.
The front desk staff were efficient during check-in and provided excellent service. Free parking is a huge plus. This hotel offers incredible value for money in the High-tech Zone. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an."
"The hotel is of high quality. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and environment, especially the bedding in the room which was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was really soft. The hotel's facilities and equipment are also very comprehensive. The front desk even offers laundry and drying services, which made my trip much more convenient. GGuest UserOur stay at the Yunhe Hotel was the most memorable part of our trip to Xi'an. The hotel's facilities and service truly impressed our whole family. A key factor for our family travels is ensuring the kids have a great time and are comfortable, and they certainly were here! Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient; we could get almost anywhere within a 20-minute drive. If we ever come back to Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Yunhe again! Special thanks to the kind young man who left sweet soup for us every day, and to the gentle front desk staff, Yezhi, Li Zi, Qiutian, and everyone else. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality; you've left us with a fantastic impression of Xi'an.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right inside the Huaqing Palace scenic area, so the location is fantastic. We booked a room with a private hot spring tub (though the hot spring water only runs from 7 PM and wasn't hot enough). The hotel butler service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very warm and diligent. You can also inform the front desk in advance to arrange an electric shuttle for transfers within the scenic area. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the service there was also superb. Recommended.
GGuest UserOn my holiday, I brought my child to Xi'an and chose the Sofitel Legend inside the city walls. I booked a package on Ctrip, and the price was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, convenient for getting anywhere, and there are tons of options for food delivery. The entire hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; as soon as you step through the main entrance, you're shielded from the city's vibrancy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also fantastic, ensuring a great night's sleep every night.
The staff in all areas of the hotel are incredibly warm and professional. They always greet you enthusiastically and proactively offer various services; we felt very well taken care of during our stay.
The hotel itself is compact and exquisite, with all the facilities and services you could need. There's a pool and a gym; the pool was often empty, so we had it all to ourselves! The minibar in the room comes with chocolates and a variety of drinks, plus a coffee machine. Every evening, there's a turndown service that includes cookies or small snacks and milk. The bedding is also very comfortable. The breakfast spread is extensive, with plenty to eat each day. The à la carte menu offers a wide selection of local delicacies and both Chinese and Western dishes, and it's available until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers!
What's more, the hotel is simply beautiful; every picture you take turns out great. Friends who love getting good photos should definitely consider staying here, as both the rooms and public areas are very photogenic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Xi'an. Oh, and the toiletries are also very comprehensive; you only need to bring your own skincare products. The sewing kit was a pleasant surprise – even the thread was already pre-threaded!

Hhilary reedOur stay at the hotel was absolute perfection. The rooms stylish, clean and so comfortable. The amenities feel luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to assure we felt cared for.
The breakfast and afternoon tea are a must and don’t miss a swim in the pool!! The location was perfect for us as it is close to the main attractions within the city walls, yet feels very quiet and removed when you need to recharge. Loved it all!

MM423333****Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.
GGuest UserThe quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.
GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.
GGuest UserThe room was a bit cramped. Usually, when I book through Ctrip, hotels upgrade my room type. The water pressure from the faucet was good, but the sink was round instead of square, which made the faucet too close to the basin, so I kept bumping my hands on the edge when washing them. The tissues were of poor quality; they disintegrated and left bits everywhere in the box. The good points are that it's extremely close to the subway exit – you just step out and it's right there. There are also many chain restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Muslim Quarter in about five minutes.

GGuest UserThe homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
