So comfortable! The room felt a bit bigger than typical family rooms, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were lovely. Especially at night, it was so cozy. The front desk lady was very gentle too. Staying near the South Station with a shuttle service was super convenient. The treadmill in the gym was pretty good as well. I slept soundly for two nights. The bamboo in the bathroom was a nice design touch. It almost felt like bamboo was growing on my head while I was on the toilet!

Had a very pleasant stay at Yizhi Hotel, Taikoo Li Zhujiang New Town. We arrived in the wee hours and the check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which was a big plus after long journey. The room and toilet were clean, tidy and, most importantly, no unpleasant smell. They provide the necessary disposable toiletries too. The bathroom layout was also very practical — the shower and toilet are in two separate areas. The shower has really good water pressure, and the toilet flushing system is strong too. A special mention to 晴晴 (Qing Qing), who was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the Wi-Fi in the room, she followed up with us via WeChat and even arranged for a technician to come and check it. The location is excellent! Shipaiqiao Metro Station is literally next to the hotel, making it super convenient to get around Guangzhou. There are also big shopping malls nearby (left,right and opposite side), so shopping and dining are just a short walk away. Another big plus is the row of eateries and cafés just behind the hotel, including McDonald’s — very handy if you have children or suddenly feel hungry late at night. There are also plenty of food choices along the side of the hotel, so definitely won’t go hungry. And one feature I really appreciated — the laundry room! There are clean washing machines and dryers, plus a standing ironing board. The room and machines are well maintained as the staff have a regular schedule to keep the area clean. Best of all, the laundry facilities are FREE for in-house guests! 🙌🏻 Definitely a bonus, especially for longer stays. Another fun and useful touch is the delivery robot! If you order food or have a small delivery, the robot can bring it up to your room, so you don’t have to go down to the lobby to collect it. Very convenient, especially when you’re tired or already in your pyjamas! The only minus point: the lift can take a little longer to arrive, especially during busy periods. So just be prepared to wait a little. Overall, a very comfortable, clean and convenient stay with friendly service and lots of thoughtful facilities.

This hotel is located right front of the famous temple大佛寺。A lot famous restaurants are surrounding the hotel including 大鸽饭，陶陶居，东园，小炳胜，银记，民记，莲香楼 and so on. The hotel is at 14th floor, the lobby was in renovated so look messy but the hotel is very clean and new. The lift is quite crowded but about 5 min wait for each time we taken. Room is very clean, no stain, no bad smell and bright. Aircon is well functioned and the highlight point is the bath room. The water pressure from rain shower is very powerful which released my tiredness after bath. The front desk staff is very helpful and provides me a lot travel information. His comment is very truthful and modesty. Her name is 李琳，wish everyone who choose this hotel able to meet her. Breakfast of the hotel are quite choice limited but fresh and delicious. They also provide tea time and supper. I will definitely back to this hotel if I come to Guangzhou again. Recommend this hotel to who come with families.

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. Right downstairs, you'll find a lively pedestrian street and a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. I stayed in a high-floor room, which offered expansive views of the city skyline – truly a fantastic sight. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience.

I chose the 180-degree bay window room for this stay, and overall, I had a great experience. The room was on a high floor, offering excellent views of the city buildings from the bay window. During the day, there was plenty of natural light, making the room feel bright. The room was equipped with a TV, which was nice for relaxing and watching shows in the evening. The bedding was clean, and the interior decor was simple, which kept the room from feeling cramped. When I checked in, the front desk staff saw I was carrying several small bags and proactively offered me a tote bag, which was helpful for carrying my belongings when I went out. The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping district, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and all the amenities worked properly. After a full day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to the hotel and rest by the bay window; it really helped relieve my fatigue. The room size was just right, and the soundproofing was decent, so I wasn't bothered by outside noise when sleeping at night. The overall price and experience matched well; there were no unnecessary fancy decorations, which is exactly what I prefer. I've already saved this hotel, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

I chose the Meihao Lizhi Hotel for my business trip this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Check-in was very efficient, and staff member Elena had a gentle demeanor, without being overly enthusiastic to the point of awkwardness. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hot water and water pressure were consistently good. The hotel also includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and a complimentary late-night noodle dish. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk across from Guangzhou East Station. The bedding was comfortable, and there were various pillow options, leading to a good night's sleep. The hotel's amenities are very practical; the afternoon tea and late-night noodles are nice perks. There's also a free gym and laundry room, which are very useful for business travelers. The location is convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. While not particularly stunning, everything was up to par, offering good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

A perfect stay experience. The room style, hotel location, restaurant food – everything was excellent. No other hotel in Guangzhou around the 2k price range can compare. Every day when I returned after a concert, the room had already been cleaned and the turndown service prepared. The pool and jacuzzi experience was also fantastic, and every staff member I encountered was very attentive. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the room carpet, but after I reported it to the hotel, they immediately arranged for two air purifiers. They even helped coil up my charging cables. I love everything about this place. Being able to extend check-out to 2 PM due to a flight delay was a lifesaver. From now on, whenever I come to Guangzhou, I will only choose the Mandarin Oriental.

By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely. Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great. Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

I especially want to commend a young lady at the front desk with glasses; her demeanor was gentle and appropriate, and her service was professional and attentive. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly to all requests, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxed. The overall service level is top-notch, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Guangzhou.
