Hotels near Dahan Bridge, New Taipei City

If you're in the area for sightseeing or catching a baseball game, this hotel comes highly recommended due to its excellent transportation links. A subway station is right across the street, the Temple Street Night Market is conveniently located next door for exploring, and Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium is just a 10-15 minute walk away. However, if you're a light sleeper, please take this into serious consideration before booking. I stayed for two nights and was unfortunately woken up on both consecutive nights as the soundproofing in the rooms is quite mediocre. On July 8th, from midnight to 2 AM, there were people talking continuously and intermittently in the adjacent room. I suspect they were on an international conference call. Then, on July 9th, at 3:38 AM, I was suddenly jolted awake from my sleep by a girl's loud laughter. For breakfast, I suggest serving it earlier to better accommodate early risers. Currently, the earliest it's available is 7:40 AM, by which time many guests might already be commuting to work. I recommend providing breakfast from 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM instead.

The hotel is in a very good location, only 2-3 minutes walk from Jiangzicui Exit 2. There are Ikko Coffee, Jialefu, Fat Daddy, Hot Pot Restaurant, McDonald's, 7-11, and Family Mart along the way. You don't have to go hungry. There is a bidet in the room. Cable TV. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, but the TV had no signal on the second night and couldn't watch it. There was a sticker on the TV box saying that you can't change rooms or check out because the TV can't be watched. The wallpaper inside the room is old and warped. I don't recommend staying here. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is at McDonald's next door

The location was quite far away from Taipei 101. The room has limited power plugs and had to request for extension cord. The pillows were not flat and had to request for two additional pillows. The breakfast meals were pretty poor. Overall not good value for the money I paid for four nights.

Cons: Check-out was at 11 AM, and they called at 10:30 AM to remind me, which I found quite intrusive. I've stayed in so many hotels around the world, and this is the first time a hotel has called to rush me out before check-out time. They called it a friendly reminder, but it really felt like they were just urging me to leave, which left a very bad impression. Also, the items displayed in the room had Chinese descriptions, making me feel like I was in China. Pros: The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The bathroom had a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was clean.

My first time staying in a backpacker-style solo hotel. The location is convenient, but a 10 am checkout is a bit too early for me. The centralized air-conditioning is also too cold for me. The room price is slightly above average, especially compared to other places I booked that offered bigger rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The staff were very helpful. When I told them I had made the wrong booking, they assisted me, and I eventually decided to stay with my original reservation. For the shared bathroom, I feel the cubicles should have bidet spray installed. I’m also not used to walking in and out just to use the toilet and having to lock and unlock the door each time. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for me. Sunday was fine, but on Monday and Tuesday, it was all bread, which I couldn’t eat. It would be better if the canteen could at least offer items like eggs, vegetables, peanuts, etc. Overall, still a good experience.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the MRT station. There are also convenience stores nearby, making it suitable not only for tourists driving by car, but also for general tourists.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk from Fuzhong MRT Station exit. Nanya Night Market is a 15-minute walk away. There's also a temple nearby where Terry Gou (Guo Tai-ming) reportedly lived as a child, and across from the temple is a day market. Several department stores are within a 30-minute walk, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms aren't huge, but they have everything you need. On the second floor, there's a restaurant offering free snacks and instant beverages all day. The eighth floor has washing machines and dryers available, which is perfect for travelers. This hotel is an ideal base for any trip.

The location is excellent, and the soundproofing is great. The room was very clean, and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. There are many dining options in the nearby commercial area, Nanya Night Market is very close, and McDonald's is also nearby.

The hotel's location is convenient for drivers, being close to the highway and offering parking. However, it's a bit far if you're relying on the MRT. The hotel itself is clean and quite spacious. They provide breakfast vouchers for ¥80 per person, redeemable at nearby 7-Eleven or FamilyMart. You can also opt for McDonald's, but you'd need to drive there.

Comfortable and pleasant stay after 2 years gap. The property still in very good conditions. The room lighting is very pleasant and still can sleep with them switching on. Shower water run smoothly with good pressure. Recommend a hot bath soaking after a day tiredness. Helpful staffs.
