The room was spacious and had a small playground, which was nice. The hotel also extended our check-out by over three hours, free of charge. Great!
However, we were a bit surprised to be greeted by a large cockroach upon entering the room. Also, the hotel price was 50% higher than usual for booking in the early morning, but it returned to its lower price the next day. I don't know how the system works.

Newly renovated, the room is large, the view is great, and the bedding is super comfortable. I heard from the store that they use supplies from star-rated hotels. It is close to Metro Line 6 and Line 27 Jinfu Station, which is only 400 meters away. The landlord's hospitality and service are naturally impeccable. It is also convenient to eat downstairs. There is CapitaLand Plaza for shopping, and there is a Shaheyuan Park nearby. Highly recommended!

The supermarket downstairs is convenient and fast. The front desk helps to leave things for the express delivery. Thank you very much for going to the city center. The room is very large and wide. The bedding is new and clean. It is very hygienic. The quilt is very close and soft. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Chengdu this time.

The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light and ventilation. The layout was well-designed, making it feel open and not cramped at all. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable – the floors, surfaces, and bathroom area were spotless, and even the corners were perfectly clean with no strange odors or stains. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and pristine, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making for a super comfortable sleep that washed away all my fatigue. The in-room facilities were complete and brand new; the air conditioning, lighting, and Wi-Fi were all stable and worked perfectly. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, strong water pressure, and consistent water temperature. The toiletries were of good quality, showing great attention to detail. The soundproofing was also excellent; closing the windows completely blocked out external noise, ensuring a high-quality rest.

The apartment is spacious with basic cooking facilities, detergent and washing liquid for laundry. The location is easily access to the line 6 train (6 min walk), about 30 mins to city centre and 1hr from the train stations. The staff are excellent. There does appear to be some sort of smell through the exhaust system though coming through the walls or other apartments into the bathroom so need to leave the fan on. Sound proofing is great for this particular room in tower C.

Rather than a hostel, it’s an apartment crammed full of beds. There are eight beds in the living room and another ten in the other two bedrooms; there’s just one shared bathroom for everyone.
I appreciated the laundry area and the reasonable cleanliness; the hostel is perfectly fine if you’re on a tight budget and don’t have high expectations.
Although this is a common occurrence in China, I cannot help but mention the discomfort of the mattress; I sleep more comfortably when camping.

This time I stayed at Hiyou Chengdu Happy Valley Hotel and really exceeded expectations! First of all, I must praise the service at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, I am very enthusiastic. I have to answer all questions and take the initiative to help with luggage, which makes people feel particularly warm.
The details of the hotel are also in place. The room is equipped with disposable bath towels, clean and convenient, and it is particularly safe to use. The TV supports the projection function. It is so comfortable to watch your favorite drama in the bed at night. The most pleasant surprise is the constant temperature toilet, which is not iced in winter, and the details are full!
The location is also super powerful, about 400 meters from Exit D of Jinfu Station of the subway, just a few minutes walk, whether it is to go to Happy Valley or visit the city is very convenient. I will choose here next time I come to Chengdu!

The hotel is located within a market, and the 10 yuan parking fee is reasonable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and it was very convenient that the Wi-Fi password was sent to my phone, which was a thoughtful touch. The service attitude was excellent, and the overall cleanliness was good. The mattress had just the right firmness, making for a comfortable sleep. The price was also very affordable and budget-friendly. Great value for money, with complete and well-equipped facilities.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

I was so lucky to stay in the same hotel as my idol – the atmosphere was incredible! A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The gym is also really good!
