"The hotel is right next to the train station, just a 100-200 meter walk away. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I booked a single room, and it was actually a bit larger than I expected. The room had air conditioning; even though it was an older model, it worked, which was a lifesaver in the hot European weather. The bed was a little soft, but the bedding was comfortable. Luggage storage is also available."

"Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient! The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. It's just two bus stops from Lake Geneva. Besides the slightly high price, everything else was perfect."

"This is a great, convenient hotel. We booked it for our last night in Switzerland, and the airport shuttle bus service was really handy. We arrived at the hotel from Geneva Airport train station, and it was a bit of a walk to the shuttle stop, but luckily there are plenty of buses right outside the train station. Just a heads-up, Swiss bus stops can be small and easy to miss. We got to the hotel around 10 AM, and the front desk staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a big plus. There's a light rail to the city, but I'd recommend taking the train instead – the light rail can get very crowded and quite smelly. Breakfast was good too; the sausages and scrambled eggs were tasty, and my mom especially liked the braised soybeans."

"The hotel was decent, and it had air conditioning. When I booked, breakfast wasn't included, but there's a big Coop supermarket right outside the hotel, which opens at 7 AM. Their bread is delicious and baked fresh daily. You can grab some milk and bread for breakfast. The supermarket also sells other things. The hotel room was fine, and the bathroom/washroom was relatively spacious and clean. I stayed for two nights and found it to be pretty good. Lake Geneva is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. Definitely recommend."

"The location is convenient and check-in was quick. The cleanliness was also good. It's very easy to get around. If you email them in advance, they'll send you a free transport card, which works for most of the city's public transport. Saved a lot of money."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and found it very convenient for exploring Geneva. The location is probably the biggest advantage — it’s only a short walk from the main train station, which made getting around and carrying luggage much easier. The room was practical and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also liked having the 24-hour snack service and bar available after coming back from a full day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free public transport provided for hotel guests was a really useful bonus. Overall, a convenient choice for a short city stay, especially if you plan to use the train and explore Geneva on foot."

"I stayed for 3 nights in June, during an unusually hot spell. The room had air conditioning, and it worked well if you tilted the bathroom door towards the room. Not having a fridge in the room was a bit of a hassle, but I could get free ice from the front desk. The location was super convenient, almost directly connected to Geneva Central Station. My room unfortunately faced the recycling collection point, so the view wasn't great, but it was kept clean so it didn't bother me too much. The breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor seems to only be open for breakfast and offers only a continental spread. I was a little disappointed that there were no vegetables."

"Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet. Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight."
