Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!

Excellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre. Staff- friendly and efficient. Toiletries provided but no lotion available. Rooms clean and large enough. Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town, the old town and the museum. You can ask the hotel for a transportation card, and you can take the bus for free, which is very close to various places. It is not new, but it is generally clean and tidy. The bathroom is very clean, and the toiletries are Clarins. The room facilities are really simple, just a coffee machine and cups, and the refrigerator is still not turned on and is empty. The chocolate and candy sent by the hotel are not bad. The girl and boy at the front desk are very indifferent and their faces are more smelly than yelling

I found this place to be super convenient! The location is perfectly situated right between the airport and the city center, so getting around was a total breeze. It was also really handy having a supermarket and convenience stores just a short walk away for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. The reception staff were awesome, too—they were so helpful with getting the free city transport pass during the stay. The best part, though, was the airport shuttle. The pick-up and drop-off were such a lifesaver and made the whole trip way less stressful—really appreciated that extra touch! Definitely a solid choice if you want an easy, hassle-free stay.

It was a short stay in Geneva to lay over before moving to other cities. The hotel was very convenient in location, walkable distance to the town area, and multiple food options near. Walked to hotel from Geneva train station, hotel was easy to find. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and assisted with the geneva tourist guest card Would love to stay a few more nights to explore Geneva

Clean and comfortable, the front desk is very nice and responsive. Breakfast is rich, the hotel breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, yogurt, nectarines, kiwis, bananas, honey, hives, special burritos, various breads, ham, no food desert feeling. The Ibis Karuri Hotel station is called carouge rondeau, the train is open to lancy, 15 minutes walk, and 5 minutes to the hotel by 12 or 17 roads.

You can spot the hotel sign right from the train station, which makes it super easy to find. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the stay itself was great. The room was fully equipped, very comfortable, and relaxing. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the vibe was really good?

A great hotel to stay at after a long drive. People were really nice and helpful. The room was excellent. Enough parking space just a small walk away from the hotel.
