"Loved our room but took a while before we were able to check-in. Also, you need to pay for parking. Even if you book for a room for 3 or 4 people, they will only provide 2 water bottles, 2 cups and 2 coffee as per the receptionist on the phone. He wasn’t nice to talk to as well. Overall, I still love our hotel room. The bed was nice and cozy and we had a nice view of the city with the mountain behind it so it was still a good stay."

"The Le Nouvel Hotel was conveniently located, however during our stay we booked 5 rooms, somewhat clean (I did find a long piece of hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to me), staff friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel was going through renovations without notice, front entrance was blocked so you had to use the rear, load noises at night, restaurant was situated in a conference room with limited signage and no bar. Parking was underneath, confusing and could not accommodate larger vehicles. All in all, there are plenty of other hotels in this area with better facilities and amenities for the price. The hotel should have gave us a discount during arrival due to the unannounced and unexpected hotel renovations. I would not be returning."

"I booked this hotel again on the last day of my return trip. The room facilities, hygiene and environment were still very good, but the floor I was assigned this time was lower, the orientation was not as good as last time, and the window in the room was not as big as last time, facing a big white wall. I contacted the front desk and they changed me to another room. Another thing I didn't understand was that all the bottles of shower gel, shampoo and lotion in this room were empty. After calling the front desk, they sent someone to restock them, which was quite timely. As a high-end hotel, this kind of mistake should not be made."

"The room was very clean and spacious which accommodated our group perfectly. The only complaint I have is about the parking. You need to park your car on the street for a little while, while they get your parking sorted for you. When you get down to the parking garage you loose service so any questions you have won’t be delivered, and the elevator you take down to the parking garage isn’t the same one you take back up. You need to walk through the parking garage to another elevator to another building, go up to their main floor then exit that building, walk back to your hotel building and then take another elevator. Why can you take the elevator down but not back up? Anyways I would stay again but thought this information would be useful for others so they don’t end up as confused as I was!"

"Hotel location is particularly good, the bus stop is at the door, convenient to travel (to the Royal Mountain and the airport train station need to change once). As for the art museum and the bustling area, it is just a walk away. The house is an old house, there is no elevator, and people who have difficulty going up to the third floor are carefully selected, but when checking in and leaving the store, the front desk is very enthusiastic and quickly sends people to help carry the boxes. The rooms are spacious and have everything that should be there (coffee maker, bathrobe, ironing board). The bathroom is spacious, the facilities look old, but they are not vague, the heating is strong, the bathroom hot water is very good, beyond expectations, and I have a good night's sleep. The toilet's water pipe is pressurized every few minutes, noisy, close the valve before going to bed, and open it in the morning. The breakfast is rich and affordable, and the tableware is a serious stainless steel knife and fork porcelain plate, which is much better than disposable tableware. Really recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is about 600-700 meters from the subway station, which can be a bit of a trek if you're lugging suitcases. The hotel itself is newly renovated with excellent facilities and powerful air conditioning. Just be careful not to confuse it with the Residence Inn next door."
