The hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will. The breakfast is very tired, it has a variety of food and drinks. The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid the share, which has been charged $40 per day of the car parked. I found the value very expensive since even in hotels that do not have own parking, they have partnership with some parking network that leaves the cheaper cost per client.

Amei meus dias no Cassino. Meu único problema foi para dormir, pois havia MUITO barulho no corredor (pessoas falando e rindo muito alto, umas crianças correndo e outras batendo nas portas dos quartos e saindo correndo. E a insatisfação foi que o monotrilho não estava funcionando.

Hotel for the value and perfect location is a great breakfast, but it was desired in the cleaning item of the heated and jacuzzi covered pools and the item of sauna lacking lighting and the door of it is not the right, not warm. Item parking great service of the manufacturers but regarding the reception service could be more effective as fast as and in the checkout there was a order to be delivered and we made the closure we left the hotel and we had to return and ask for it it was not informed by the reception that it had already been delivered and was available to withdraw a failure .

The staff's care is good, they are all educated and friendly. The room with a small fan is swept. The bathroom on the day we arrived had hair inside the box. We stayed 2 days and the room was not cleaned up at the hotel. The breakfast is raw, one of the daily we go down, was missing more than half an hour to close the timetable and had almost nothing more, milk, coffee, cheese, juice ... had already finished everything. And when they asked if they were to rest, they said no, because it was over, and there was still enough guest to drink coffee.
