"O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica, nostálgica, que remete à bonança do período de sua inauguração, em 1929. No entanto o atendimento tem deixado a desejar, vê-se que falta treinamento aos funcionários para a categoria do hotel. Além disso falta zelo na manutenção das instalações. Em minha última hospedagem, por exemplo, não tive televisão disponível porque o cabo coaxial da tv encontrava-se partido, e como só percebi isso no período noturno de um domingo não seria possível o reparo. A fechadura do banheiro estava estragada, e substituíram-na por um trinco completamente deslocado da estrutura e decoração antiga do quarto. Os edredons disponíveis no quarto eram diferentes um do outro e de baixa qualidade, o que demonstra que a administração do Hotel está interessada em economizar ao extremo. Apesar disso a hospedagem é sempre prazerosa em um prédio histórico tombado que nos remete à riqueza da cidade no auge do ciclo cafeeiro no século passado. O café da manhã é inigualável!"

"The staff's care is good, they are all educated and friendly. The room with a small fan is swept. The bathroom on the day we arrived had hair inside the box. We stayed 2 days and the room was not cleaned up at the hotel. The breakfast is raw, one of the daily we go down, was missing more than half an hour to close the timetable and had almost nothing more, milk, coffee, cheese, juice ... had already finished everything. And when they asked if they were to rest, they said no, because it was over, and there was still enough guest to drink coffee."

LLopesThiagoThe hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will.
The breakfast is very tired, it has a variety of food and drinks.
The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid the share, which has been charged $40 per day of the car parked. I found the value very expensive since even in hotels that do not have own parking, they have partnership with some parking network that leaves the cheaper cost per client.

The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy!
The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave.
Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

Meu único problema foi para dormir, pois havia MUITO barulho no corredor (pessoas falando e rindo muito alto, umas crianças correndo e outras batendo nas portas dos quartos e saindo correndo.
E a insatisfação foi que o monotrilho não estava funcionando.

MManoel de Carvalho ResendeHotel for the value and perfect location is a great breakfast, but it was desired in the cleaning item of the heated and jacuzzi covered pools and the item of sauna lacking lighting and the door of it is not the right, not warm. Item parking great service of the manufacturers but regarding the reception service could be more effective as fast as and in the checkout there was a order to be delivered and we made the closure we left the hotel and we had to return and ask for it it was not informed by the reception that it had already been delivered and was available to withdraw a failure .
