"The hotel is very clean and comfortable to live in. There are many types of breakfast and the food is good. The surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient, it is a big shopping mall, very close to the subway. You can also take a bus to the airport at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel can be reached by the river in 10 minutes, which is suitable for walking."
"Excellent! A very clean, beautiful, and quiet hotel with a great location. The service was also very good. I highly recommend staying here. It's also super convenient to get to the city center."
"This hotel exceeded my expectations! The facilities are exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, there was no uncomfortable noise despite being so close to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient – it only takes 3 minutes to get from the room to the subway platform. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. The only minor downside was that the bed I slept on seemed a little uneven, causing my body to lean to one side. However, this is a minor flaw that doesn't detract from what is an exceptional hotel overall."
"Convenient aparthotel - booked studio room that comes with a kitchen, great for cooking meals in the hotel, comes with all the pots and amenities, plates utensils etc. location is although not in central downtown, but is just few stops away from all attractions by train. The hotel is a lovely place, very spacious rooms"
"On a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!"
"Many hotels in Europe are housed in historic buildings, offering an elegant and romantic ambiance, though their facilities may not be as modern as newer establishments. The service is attentive and the breakfast is exquisite. Their locations are often excellent, with major attractions within walking distance. Value for money is subjective and depends on individual preferences; these hotels are best suited for travelers who prioritize cultural experiences over modern amenities."
"The fastest way to get here from the airport is by the SAT express train, then transfer to the subway. At the reception (to the right of the entrance), there's a self-check-in kiosk. It's in English, so a basic understanding should be enough. If all else fails, Google Translate on your phone will help. Wi-Fi is available. After checking in, the machine issues an electronic key card for your room from the slot below the terminal. The room is clean, but there are no slippers. There's an electric kettle, but no cups or glasses, only metal enamel mugs. Also, it's unclear where to dispose of trash, other than the bin in the toilet. The view from the 3rd floor window (reception is on the ground floor) isn't entirely of the garden (see photo). The bed is comfortable, and the room is quiet. The toilet and shower are separate. There's a Billa supermarket nearby."
"The room is quite spacious, and although the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is acceptable. However, they don't clean the room daily, and don't change the sheets or towels. They do clear the trash daily, which is good. Other than that, it's fine. The location is decent, close to the subway, and there's a supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. The downside is that the hotel can't issue itemized receipts, which affects expense reimbursements."
"Hotel was a bit far off Stadion station but manageable if you know the shortcut! I felt that the lights situation in the room was a little gloomy. Staff was also helpful in helping us navigate the shortcuts and the fastest way to the metro. Hotel bar and the waterfront was extremely cosy as well!"

Great
777613809The hotel room is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and meets a 4-star standard. We were given a courtyard-facing room, which was very quiet as it wasn't facing the street. The breakfast is excellent, and they even serve champagne on Sunday mornings. The hotel is only two intercity train stops from the Central Station, and it's just a few hundred meters walk from the train station. Nearby, there's a Lidl supermarket and many restaurants. Tram line 71 stops right outside the hotel; taking it to the left will take you to many city attractions. Turning left outside the hotel also leads directly to the entrance of the Belvedere Palace, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to independent travelers!
Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.
GGuest UserI booked a family room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. They don't allow an additional child. The location is very close to the main train station, and you can also walk to Belvedere Palace. There's a bus stop near Belvedere Palace that's much more convenient than taking the subway, as it goes directly to all the popular attractions in the Old Town, like the Musikverein, Karlskirche, Hofburg, museums, and City Hall… I only discovered this on the day we left! 😅 I bought a 48-hour transport pass, which felt like a better deal than the City Card, as the latter mainly offers discounts on attractions that you might not even use. With the transport pass, taking the train from the main station to the airport only costs 2.2 euros (half price for children). It takes 16 minutes to get to the airport, and even without the pass, it's not expensive – if I remember correctly, it's 2.9 euros. The hotel offers almost no service; it's mainly self-service. Housekeeping is supposedly every four days. Since we only stayed for 2 nights, it was acceptable, but I imagine it would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is brilliant, right by the river. A reasonable walk from all the main sites in the centre but also a short walk away from public transport (tram, subway) if you prefer. The airport bus is just across the bridge - was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering me coffee and answering any questions I had. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and got one on the 7th floor which had decent views of the city. The room itself was perfect size, not too small and was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good value for a 4* - I would highly recommend :)
PpipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.
WWilliam ASmartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you.
FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very centrally located in Vienna. The atmosphere and the staff are perfect. I would especially like to mention these very nice and friendly employees:
Mrs. Viktoria
Mr. Fabian
Mr. Alexej
Mr. Leon
Mr. Tobi.
Thank you very much and we'll be back next time!
Best wishes from Leipzig

UU38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF.
Superclean!
Good staff for cooking.
The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys.
I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
