"The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room. I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better."

"Stayed at Hotel Grand Orchard recently and it was a really pleasant experience. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. Service was efficient and we didn’t face any issues during our visit. Location is also a big plus—everything is easily accessible nearby. Overall, a great place to stay and definitely worth recommending."

"Absolute gem of a hotel near central attractions in Lahore. From the moment we checked in to check out, the staff were extremely pleasant and extremely considerate when it came to handling different types of guests/language barriers. As female travellers we were treated with utmost respect at all times by everyone we came across. Breakfast options are excellent and items are fresh. We ordered room service and I had miscalculated how much I needed to pay but the staff gave me a full breakdown at reception and patiently allowed me to calculate. I would highly recommend this hotel to overseas Pakistanis and foreign travellers in general. Extremely safe and service is excellent."

"This is Muhammad Sufyan Rasheed, I checked in Yesterday and It was a trip with my friends, As I was expecting a memorable stay at PC Residencia, I was wrong, Firstly I came to check in and there was no protocol followed by the Front Office staff, I was asked to wait for more than 20 to 25 minutes, and no discipline or hospitality was there, after my check in I ordered meal from the restaurant and It was served after 2 hours which is not an suitable time to serve the meal, In these type of hotels the maximum time for serving the meal is 45 to 50 minutes which includes multiple items, but the time for serving up here was really really disappointing and I was not expecting a stay like that because I am visiting PC properties for more than 5 to 6 years and this was the worst stay ever in my life. I am not satisfied with the stay and I would like to rate 1/10 from my side. I request the higher management to take action accordingly and must watch over the staff continuously. "The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"This is a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Lahore. The rooms are not very large and the windows are permanently covered by heavy drapes that cannot be removed. But you are not missing anything view wise! I was in a regular deluxe room. Maybe the suites had better view. The roof top restaurant was good but bleak skies and a chilly morning probably was not the best time for a breakfast. Buffet was good with lot of choices."

"The room was nice. Amenities: They were pretty good. The bathroom and guest room even had a sound system so I could listen to music while showering, haha. Cleanliness: The cleanliness met the standard for this type of hotel. Service: The service was good, and the barbecue upstairs was delicious."
