"The room was clean; however, there was an unpleasant smell from the carpet. Early check-in was not facilitated, and my room was still not ready at 1:30 PM. Only one dental kit was provided initially; additional kits were given upon request. The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, it was an above-average experience and overpriced, though there is room for improvement in professionalism."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water. "

"The rooms are comfortable; staff is friendly and helpful. On request, I was allocated a room with a view of the main Boulevard Gulberg. Breakfast was good and staff there is also friendly. It used to be possible to park my car in the basement and get into the lift and go straight to the floor of my room. This has been discontinued because of security reasons which is understandable. Good range of food from their restaurant delivered to your room; prices are reasonable, the taste is authentic. I am a happy customer overall."

"Very good, reasonably priced. For 75 RMB, you can enjoy a wide variety of buffet dishes. It's really amazing! The Baoan guy is very responsible. It's a really good hotel. He is very honest. I later went to the Marriott in Islamabad and it was really not as good. It's not as good as this hotel!"

"I stayed at the hotel with my wife for over 1 week. I previously stayed at places like the Hilton, Mariott (for work) so initially I was abit apprehensive at booking but now am glad I took the plunge. If you set, the location of the appartment aside (it's about a 5 minute ride away from things to do) - the hospitality I received was exceptional. Specifically, I want to call out Muhammed Umair and Ghulam Kamber. These 2 have excellent front office skills and understand how to deal with guests (without wasting time) . Given I hadn't stayed in the area before, I had lots of little bits and bobs i needed to get done (and so did the wife). Both are professional, curteous and extremely attentive. There were a few times where they helped to book rides , order non hotel food , help to check-in/out and also they acted as really helpful travel companions. Thankyou for also dealing with our night cravings and late breakfast requests."

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. "The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the café and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further."
