"This is a very old resort, so don't expect a lot from it. Since COVID hit, the hotel has still been having very low occupancy. But it was just nice with the price and service, since Labuan only has a few resorts. Overall, it was a nice stay. It is peaceful there, and you can watch the sunset by the pool or the bar without having a crowd. The food was good, especially the pizza is a must try. If you are a foreigner, please do prepare a lot of data for your internet use. The Wifi really suck there."

"The location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms. The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow. Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience."
