The service was excellent. The two ladies at the front desk were very gentle and provided thoughtful service. The room was very clean. They even gave us an umbrella just before it started to rain. Our request for a late check-out was also promptly approved. The service attitude was very attentive and comforting. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

What really impressed me were the details: the bathroom's wet and dry areas were perfectly separated, and even the vanity was spotless, without a single water stain. The toiletries were all single-use, which made me feel very at ease. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, with hot congee, freshly made noodles, and very fresh fruit. I ate until I was full before heading out for the day, which was incredibly satisfying. Next time I visit this city, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!

When I first booked the room, I didn't consider the size and booked the smallest one. When I checked the room, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they upgraded me to a larger room for free. My friend and I were very satisfied with the lighting and the layout of the room. The TV was also very large. My friend and I both like to watch variety shows. The front desk also gave us a small gift when we left. Overall, this hotel is the one I am most satisfied with on this trip.

The hotel had a great location, and the reception staff was very kind — she even offered us a room with a window since we originally booked one without. The only downside was that the bathroom was transparent (my fault for not checking carefully, especially since I was traveling with a friend hahaha), and the air conditioning didn’t keep us warm at night, even when set to 30°C.

Honestly way too happy with the stay, decided to extend our stay for another 2 nights because the staff is really courteous! The room was in perfect condition, basic facilities & amenities are provided. We checked in pretty late since our flight arrived in KMG around 1AM, and didn’t need to inform the reception counter cause it’s available 24/7. Just be sure to get a good roaming sim card with vpn if you want to access Google, Facebook, IG or tiktok. The hotel is fairly easy to find, and there’s plenty of nearby eateries and convenience stores. The nearest shopping malls and not that far but I suggest you to just hail any taxi to save you time. Oh and, the self laundry rooms are a definite plus! No need to find other launderette haha. During our checkout, the staff was so kind to give us some free goodies to bring home too. I highly HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a stay.

Dongjia Lane in front of the door is a food street, there are many net red food, the walls on the street are painted by the food district, and it feels like the local official certification support neighborhood. There will be night market stalls at night, and there are many diners to visit, but not noisy. The only regret: free parking - there are 10, it feels slightly less.

The last stop of this trip was from Xishuangbanna to Mangshi and finally to Kunming. Since there was only more than half a day left, we chose to stay at the Four Seasons on the Cloud near the Kunming Botanical Garden. It was already 11:30 in the evening. Walking into the hotel really made people feel at home. The waiters in the hotel were very nice girls and boys, enthusiastic and energetic, and the service was considerate and thoughtful. There was a little hiccup in the middle, because the rental car was found to have scratches, and the service staff patiently called the surveillance camera to help analyze and find it. It turned out that the car rental company did not inform them. In short, just like the name of the hotel, which is romantic and warm, staying here brought a perfect ending to our trip. Four Seasons on the Cloud is a very cost-effective hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here when you have time.
