Relaxation at its finest！ We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. The room is very clean and well-equipped. The service is very good. A very old hotel, very small TV (guess is a 21') given the room size ration. Light switches are not centralised, need to walk around the whole room to off all lights. Requested for high floor in reservation but was assigned lower. Was woken up by car horns around 7+am, requested for higher floor room the next day but given a 'roll eye' attitude. Disappoitment for a Grand Park group.

Great location near the city centre. The staff are very helpful with queries. The gym is quite small but for a hotel gym is better than many others since it has a pool as well. Considering it's a 5 star hotel it does feel a little old but the rooms are spacious and is very clean. Would recommend.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.
