The hotel's public areas are designed very modernly, perfect for taking photos. The disposable toiletries in the room are of excellent quality, and the bathroom ventilation system works well, so there's no damp smell. The front desk even proactively offered local dining recommendations, which really added to the overall service experience.

Hotel is located among the higher end residential area. The road along the hotel is lined with pretty jacaranda trees. It’s less than 1 km walk from modern Tongde Kunming mall with nice restaurants and Baiyun train station via an underground shopping stretch. Donghua market is also nearby at 2+ km away. Service is good. It was non peak period and we were given a room upgrade and accommodated a late check out. Cleaners are very friendly. Room is well cleaned with no smell even though corridor and reception area sometimes smell of smoke. The carpet may need a good wash. The breakfast buffet spread is wide. Cooked food quality is excellent especially the rose pastry and fried rice. They are more delicious and fresher than those we bought outside the hotel. The 2 ladies at the cafe are friendly and very helpful. The laundry area is located before the cafe on 2nd floor. There are only 2 washing machines and dryers which are usually busy in the morning and evening. In the evening, the area outside the laundry area is dark as the cafe is closed and not lighted up.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel location is convenient, very close to public transportation and the subway, making getting around super easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I could study and rest peacefully. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was very fast. The value for money is excellent, making it perfect for students. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

The room was very new, one of the newer Atour Hotels I've stayed at. The restaurant on the 10th floor has a great view. They offered hot tea at check-in and complimentary bottled water when leaving. It's very convenient for getting a taxi. It's close to Tongde Commercial Circle, the subway station, and the tea market. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

I've booked this hotel six times already! The owner is incredibly nice, the rooms are spotless, and it's close to Tongde Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony has amazing natural light, perfect for sunbathing – the bright sunshine during the day instantly lifts my spirits. The room is impeccably clean; the floors and walls are spotless and pleasing to the eye. The bedding provides just the right amount of support, preventing any back pain. The bathroom is also very clean with a separate shower and toilet area; the sink and toilet are neatly arranged, showing attention to detail. The entire room is bright and clean – a truly excellent choice!

The front desk service was attentive, and there are malls and restaurants nearby, making transportation convenient. The breakfast on the second floor of the hotel offered a wide variety of choices, and I was very satisfied with it. The soundproofing in the room was good; even though it was close to the road, the noise was minimal. The room facilities were excellent, the bed was soft and large, and there were two types of pillows. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I found it to be very luxurious. The room was large and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near shopping, yet still quiet. The smart Xiao Du speaker for room control was a nice touch, and the shower pressure was excellent. They offer self-service laundry with both washers and dryers, though there are only three of each for all guests, which might not be enough during peak times. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, slept well, and found it to be great value for money.

The environment here is superb, really clean and hygienic. What truly stood out was the front desk lady who was incredibly thoughtful. She offered us two cups of hot tea because of the cold weather, and it was surprisingly delicious! She even helped us press the elevator button when we were heading upstairs. When she saw my ID didn't have a protective sleeve, she gave me one. The service here is truly top-notch! We had such a good night's sleep. I'll definitely be coming back here to book my hotels in the future.

The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a good balance of Chinese and Western dishes, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Furthermore, the hotel was well-soundproofed, providing a quiet environment where you wouldn't be disturbed by the outside world. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city for business or leisure, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
