This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, check-in is very fast, I forgot to bring my ID card, brush my face and go through the hotel procedures, so convenient and fast! The room is very hygienic, the bedding is no less than a star hotel, slippers, shoe cloth are sealed in plastic bags, and it is very safe to use. There is also a self-service washing machine, the parking lot is very convenient, the taxi is also very fast, the outside lighting is very good, in short, this price is very affordable, the room is very comfortable, and I will often come here in the future.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. They let us have late checkout because our flight was in the evening and didn’t charge any extra even though it was weekend. So nice! Good choice of food for breakfast, they even had gluten free bread and yummy local food. Hotel is located nearby a small shopping mall, they have a big supermarket, KFC and other restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot!
