Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

🛌 Convenient hotel with super good value for money, parking is very convenient, although it is along the street, sleeping at night is not noisy. 🛌 There is a community around the hotel, which is quite lively. Breakfast is ordered at the front desk after check-in, and then delivered to the room the next morning. The taste is OK and the choice is rich. 🛌 The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall is quite good.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The entire room is controlled by Tmall Genie for convenience and speed. The hotel lobby is high-end and stylish, with a strong sense of design. The breakfast spread in the restaurant was very rich, especially the rice noodles which were delicious. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The decor is fresh and inviting, not at all cramped. The high-top seating in the lobby is comfortable, and the printing area with its readily available equipment is super convenient for travelers to print tickets or itineraries. The guest room hygiene is excellent; the shower pressure is stable, and the toiletries are good quality. The housekeeping staff does a very thorough job. The front desk service is attentive and always responsive to any issues. This place is perfect whether you're traveling solo, with family, or even with your dog.

Due to frequent business trips to and from Kunming Station, this Hampton by Hilton is a perfect balance of value and quality. The lobby has a temporary co-working space with fast and stable Wi-Fi, making email and video calls a breeze. The in-room desk is spacious, the lighting is eye-friendly, and the power outlets are conveniently placed, which is great for remote work. The laundry room comes with a dryer, solving the problem of washing and drying clothes while traveling. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, accommodating early high-speed train departures and morning meetings. The check-out and invoicing process is smooth, and Sunny at the front desk always remembers my preferences. This feeling of being valued makes business trips much less tiring. Business travelers can book with confidence.

This hotel experience is great! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the sleep was very stable. The facilities are complete, the quality of toiletries is online, and the bathroom is clean and odorless. Convenient location, convenient travel, complete surrounding facilities. The overall cost-effective, the environment is quiet and warm, the service is intimate and meticulous, will choose to stay next time, highly recommended!

The room is okay. It is a tatami mat. There is a small room inside the room. It is very convenient to listen to music. The only thing I don't like is the toilet. There is no door. There is a shower curtain on one side. It is very inconvenient for the father of the child to go to the toilet to take a shower. I hope you can improve this problem.

Finally checked in to this Sheraton, and overall, it really delivered on all fronts. The lobby design is simple yet grand, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Monica at the front desk was super efficient, and her attitude was gentle and thoughtful. The guest room was cleaned meticulously, with no strange odors at all. I especially want to praise the Four Points Comfort Bed – the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were perfectly comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was incredibly generous, with everything from Chinese steamed dim sum and Western pastries to freshly made beef brisket noodles and fresh fruit. The staff even proactively refilled coffee and tea. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are incredibly practical, and the brand's quality is evident in every detail. It’s perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I've already saved this place and will definitely be staying here again next time.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in Yunnan. The room is large and well-soundproofed. The overall environment is very good. After visiting the scenic spots, you can have tea and chat with friends. The room is also equipped with books. It is really suitable for me who likes to read! The room also has smart voice, which can control curtains, lights, TV, etc. The service attitude of the landlady is very good, thumbs up to her. It felt like home when I lived there. I bought flowers directly from Dounan and went to sleep smelling the flowers. It was so comfortable! There are also a lot of food downstairs, which tastes like grandma's. Yikou Zhaizi is very delicious, and it is very convenient to find food! Highly recommended!
