"The hotel is a bit far from Pudong Airport. The shuttle to the airport runs hourly by bus, and it takes about ten minutes to get there. The hotel's hygiene and facilities are pretty good. I was given a room on the first floor, very close to the lobby, so I could just open the door in the morning and head straight to the airport shuttle bus."

The air conditioner is also very warm and easy to use, but the shell is not fixed properly and keeps vibrating. I tried to press it down with something light but it didn't help.
It was too late and I didn't want to bother with it. It wasn't too cold without the air conditioner, and the bed was quite comfortable.

"Every time I come to Anting, I stay at the Jizhu Hotel. It's a five-minute walk from the old street. The bus and subway are also very convenient. The hotel is well decorated and clean. The vibe here is fantastic, and the front desk lady was incredibly sweet and friendly. The location is excellent too; it's just a short walk to the Bund, making it perfect for sightseeing.
My only minor suggestion would be to slightly improve the basic amenities. The USB charging ports were a bit insufficient, and while there are power strips in the common area, it's not ideal. However, for the price, the value for money is still excellent.
The people in the common areas were very friendly as well!
I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"This is a great hotel, only about 500-600 meters from Line 12, so it's a convenient 5-minute walk. You can also take Line 9 directly from Songjiang, Shanghai (I think), but then it's a 15-minute walk to the hotel. I'd much rather transfer to Line 12 first, it's a lot more convenient.
The cleanliness is excellent; they actually changed our towels and disposable slippers every day, which was really nice of them. The towels and bath mat in the room were quite clean, so you can use them with confidence.
Most importantly, the front desk service! Whether it was the ladies or gentlemen, their service was very attentive, answering all our questions! They were very kind and friendly to introverts like me 🥹.
Since I was in Shanghai for the CPSP exhibition, I was mostly out and about, so I didn't take many pictures of the hotel room, but I did get a shot of the front desk for everyone. On a side note, there are plenty of places to eat outside, and you can also order takeout, so food is definitely not an issue!
I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai for CP."

Llulu333100% recommend!!! I always stay in this hotel whenever I come to Shanghai! It's in a great area of the city and right across the road from Changshu Lu subway station (which has two subway lines on).
The hotel has many rooms and is spread out on the 18th, 19th, and 20th floors of the building. Which means that there are incredible views of the city! I recommend paying a little extra and getting the room with a window, just for the view!
The rooms are very clean with amazing bedding and pillows. You also have a personal TV, aircon, toiletries pack, bottle of water and slippers etc. There are water filter machines on each floor and usually free tea on the lobby floor. The staff are there 24 hours at the front desk, so you can check in anytime. The bathrooms are always really clean, and the cleaning ladies are always in out, making sure everything is nice.
Bonus: The famous SYSTEM night club is also in the same building (around 3rd floor). So you can party and then go up to your room on the 19th floor!

FFaithBI had a good stay in this hotel. I almost missed finding this hotel though as it had a small entrance. The reception was ok but didn't really speak english -- had to use google translate to communicate. There was only one elevator so at times, there are wait times. I got a double room with window hoping it would be bigger but it was quite small. It's big enough for 1 person though! Although there was a window, all I can see is the wall. 🙂↕️. I'm happy they had amenities that I needed -- towels, shampoo, hair dryer! They also provide 2 bottles of water per day, which is good! The surrounding area is convenient as well as it's near a convenience store, restaurants and subway station. I would recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness and convenience. 👍

It's located on the third floor of Jinfeng Building and is accessible via a direct elevator. I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a king-size bed. While the room wasn't large, it was very well-appointed and even included a washing machine and refrigerator. The air conditioning was very effective in the summer, and the shower had excellent water pressure. It's truly an ideal place to stay when visiting Shanghai, and most importantly, it offers great value for money. My only minor suggestion would be to either update the bath towels or provide disposable ones; this would enhance the overall experience even further.

MM319562****My stay at this hostel on Caoyang Road in Shanghai was a complete delight! As soon as I entered the room, I was impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. The bed was neatly made, the bedding smelled fresh, and the slippers were new for each guest – it felt incredibly reassuring. The common areas and bathrooms were diligently cleaned by staff daily, with attention to every detail, so even someone with germaphobia would feel completely at ease!
The hostel's ambiance is truly unique, with a charming retro-artistic decor complemented by natural, 'forest-inspired' elements, creating a lush, green oasis feel. The second-floor lounge area is fantastic; I enjoyed coffee, played cards, and chatted with new friends in such a welcoming atmosphere. The motivational quotes on the walls were a nice touch too, adding to the positive vibe.
The facilities are excellent. Each bunk has its own privacy curtain, reading light, and charging outlet, offering both privacy and convenience. There's even a sunny rooftop terrace for drying clothes, which is a thoughtful design feature.
The location is super convenient, with supermarkets and various restaurants just a short walk away. It's also close to the subway station, making it easy to get to Global Harbor or other attractions quickly. Any issues I had were resolved promptly. This was an amazing stay, and I'll definitely choose this hostel again next time I'm in Shanghai!

YYuesefu-This place is amazing! So clean, and my stay was absolutely fantastic. I came for the Xiaoyudi concert and even met a lot of fellow fans here, haha.

The front desk staff are great at getting everyone involved; they added me to the guest chat group right when I checked in, and I found someone to explore the Bund with that same day. The common area is spacious with board games and cards, and they often organize game nights, making it easy for even introverted people to join in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy at all. If you're looking to meet new people in Shanghai, this is definitely the place to choose!

DDavid TiahStayed here twice to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to take a metro to Disneyland in the morning and back at night. You take the Pusan Road station for that. The hotel room itself was nice and comfy. I would say it is great for the price. Just note that the way the bathroom was built can seem a little weird and can be a bit small, especially for a big guy like me. Other then that, I would say, highly recommended.
