Beautiful view, clean, good service from the receptionist. But in my room, the soap was out, the lights and water fountains were not showing on the day I stayed.

We booked a family room. The two rooms are quite large. The children's room has a large sofa bed. The middle door is not a swing door, so it is easy to bump into it. The air conditioning in the hotel needs to be turned on after 4 pm. It is still quite cold to stay in the hotel during the day.

The environment, facilities and services of the entire hotel are not worthy of this price. The service attitude is particularly poor. There is only one elevator entrance in the hotel building. It takes a long time to walk from the room to the lobby. Later, it was found that there was another elevator under long-term maintenance. It was a very pleasant thing to travel with children. There was a room with 1680 including breakfast for 2 people on Ctrip. Considering bringing children, I bought a room with 1875 including breakfast for 3 people. Because the driver notified us on the second day that we needed to leave for the snow mountain early to avoid queuing, we communicated with the hotel to pack breakfast, but the service attitude of the front desk was particularly bad. They simply and rudely said that it was past 10 o'clock and we needed to notify before 10 o'clock, otherwise we would be released. It couldn't be resolved, and they also said that if there were any problems, we should contact the travel agency. We explained that it was not a travel agency, we booked it ourselves on Ctrip, and then the front desk reluctantly called the restaurant's responsible number, and replied in a perfunctory manner that it was not possible. Later, we complained to Ctrip, and the hotel was also arrogant and couldn't solve the problem. I would like to especially praise Ctrip's sense of responsibility. Later, Ctrip's customer service helped us apply for a free refund for the room we were going to stay in the next day. Everyone should be cautious when booking this hotel. The hotel breakfast is 128 per person, and the price of the room includes breakfast for 2 people and breakfast for 3 people. The difference in breakfast is 195. I should call 12345 or 12315 later to ask if this pricing is reasonable.

The heating only works after 5pm. The breakfast is terrible. I forgot my clothes at the hotel after I checked out and no one contacted me. After I contacted them, the person who was taking over did not hand over the clothes and forgot about it.
