Beautiful view, clean, good service from the receptionist. But in my room, the soap was out, the lights and water fountains were not showing on the day I stayed.

The accommodation was awesome, it is just right beside the old town. Super location. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious, the hotel was new, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast was varied, and the overall experience was positive. The front desk manager, Xiao Yang, was very helpful and proactively recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. He even added a complimentary breakfast for us!

The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, and convenient for travel. I like the succulent flower pots in the courtyard, which are very beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very enthusiastic. I especially thank Xiao Cui at the front desk for helping us upgrade the snow view room and introducing us to the attractions around the hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and well-lit, and the stay is very comfortable and pleasant. There is also a musical fountain to watch at night, which is very beautiful. Overall, it is very good and recommended.

This summer trip to Lijiang was truly enjoyable! Abel Xiaolei, the front desk clerk at the Fuhua Lilang Resort, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and warm. 💕 He even arranged a special treat for us on check-in day, which my kids loved. He thoughtfully reminded me to dress warmly and bring an umbrella when it rained! ☂️ He also provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and local restaurants. 🍱 The hotel's ice cream was also delicious. Lijiang is truly a great place to escape the summer heat. Compared to other parts of Yunnan, the climate is relatively cool, and even when it rained, you still had to dress warmly. The experience at the Lijiang Fuhua Lilang Hotel was fantastic! The Naxi-style architecture blends with modern design, and the rooms are spacious and bright, with views of the snow-capped mountains or the courtyard from the windows. The breakfast is plentiful, with excellent local rice noodles, Chinese and Western dishes. The service was attentive, and everyone from the front desk to the guest room was welcoming. Our front desk lady, Lashay Xiaofang, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, helping us with any questions we had. She even offered us snacks and fruit, which was a real delight. The hotel is close to Shuhe Ancient Town, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle. Sitting in the hotel at night, listening to the wind, felt like a vacation. I'll definitely be back!

The room was quite large, with a large balcony. The only problem was that breakfast ended at 10 p.m. If you arrive late, you won't be able to eat. I'd recommend having a backup plan, like a bowl of rice noodles or bread. After all, I didn't get to have breakfast.

We were given a room with a long corridor. I don't know why I always felt that the bed was not changed. I wanted to ask about the snow mountain, but the front desk was not very enthusiastic to respond, maybe because they were too busy.

The environment is great, the stay is very comfortable, the service provided by the front desk manager Xiaoying is particularly good, I will recommend this place to other friends in the future!
