The environment, facilities and services of the entire hotel are not worthy of this price. The service attitude is particularly poor. There is only one elevator entrance in the hotel building. It takes a long time to walk from the room to the lobby. Later, it was found that there was another elevator under long-term maintenance. It was a very pleasant thing to travel with children. There was a room with 1680 including breakfast for 2 people on Ctrip. Considering bringing children, I bought a room with 1875 including breakfast for 3 people. Because the driver notified us on the second day that we needed to leave for the snow mountain early to avoid queuing, we communicated with the hotel to pack breakfast, but the service attitude of the front desk was particularly bad. They simply and rudely said that it was past 10 o'clock and we needed to notify before 10 o'clock, otherwise we would be released. It couldn't be resolved, and they also said that if there were any problems, we should contact the travel agency. We explained that it was not a travel agency, we booked it ourselves on Ctrip, and then the front desk reluctantly called the restaurant's responsible number, and replied in a perfunctory manner that it was not possible. Later, we complained to Ctrip, and the hotel was also arrogant and couldn't solve the problem. I would like to especially praise Ctrip's sense of responsibility. Later, Ctrip's customer service helped us apply for a free refund for the room we were going to stay in the next day. Everyone should be cautious when booking this hotel. The hotel breakfast is 128 per person, and the price of the room includes breakfast for 2 people and breakfast for 3 people. The difference in breakfast is 195. I should call 12345 or 12315 later to ask if this pricing is reasonable.

The Lilang Snow Mountain Suite is great, and there is a light fountain show at night, which is wonderful! The front desk service awareness is not enough, and problems are not solved in time. The front desk manager and the housekeeping manager solve the problems in a timely and proactive manner.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town. The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory. The service attitude and awareness are slightly worse than other high-end hotels. The overall experience is average.

I personally experienced that the facilities, hygiene and service of Fuhua Hotel are guaranteed that you will not go there again after experiencing it once. In terms of hygiene, there is a cockroach. I found one during the three days I stayed there, near the sink and refrigerator. The mask left by the previous household was stuck on the wall. They emphasized that there was a hygiene problem for two days, and then they were cleaned up under my guidance on the third day. In terms of service, the courier I ordered was ** to buy medicine, and I had to go downstairs to pick it up myself. The concierge service did not help deliver things. In other words, no matter how serious your illness is, you either call 120 or bear it and go downstairs to pick it up yourself. In terms of internal management, the housekeeping department called me one day in advance to confirm whether to arrange the third floor, and then arranged the second floor on the day of check-in, which was speechless. In terms of facilities, the tiles were cracked. In addition, you can't see the snow mountain in the snow view room. The promotional pictures are not real. The hotel's location is quite good. We upgraded to a snow view room for free. The room layout and bedding are very comfortable, not inferior to the surrounding Banyan Tree and Jinmao Hyatt. The customer service staff is responsive and I would recommend it to my friends.

The Snow Mountain View Room we stayed in was very comfortable. We received snacks upon check-in, and they tasted good. The breakfast was also good. We also caught a fountain show. The room was also very clean. This stay was great. The hotel is very close to Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha Ancient Town, and far away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient city. I like it.

I checked in last year. I still chose Fuhua this year. They helped me upgrade to a room with a snow mountain view. I can see the snow mountain when I open the curtains. I am very satisfied. I will choose Fuhua again when I come to Lijiang in the future.

Before coming to Lijiang, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the high altitude area here can cause physical discomfort. After I checked into Fuhualang, the front desk staff He Xiaoying and the staff on duty gave me very attentive service and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I stayed from 17/2 to 19/2, 2024. I felt a lot more relaxed as soon as I got back to the hotel when I was tired and sleepy. The environment is beautiful and quiet, especially suitable for leisure.
