The hotel offers exceptional service at a very reasonable price, making it a great value for money. The breakfast selection is extensive and highly satisfying. In the evening, the complimentary Yunnan-style noodles served as a late-night snack are especially comforting and delicious. Most notably, the front desk staff provide service that goes beyond professionalism — they treat guests like family. Always greeting with bright smiles, three staff members went out of their way to assist me simultaneously. This level of warmth and attentiveness is truly rare and sets this hotel apart from typical accommodations. If you’re planning a trip to Kunming, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The check-in process is very smooth and the front desk is efficient, and it takes not long to get the room card. The front desk specially asked for a good room with good lighting. There was a small sofa by the window. It was good to sit there and see the green plants outside. The breakfast is quite rich, the Yunnan-style rice noodles taste good, and there are many types of breakfast that are very satisfying. The facilities are easy to use, there is a hanger and shelf at the door, and the coat and bag are just enough. The bathroom water is hot quickly, the water pressure is suitable, and the bath is very comfortable. The service is in place, ask where to go around, the front desk detailed a few places, and remind Kunming to cool in the morning and evening, remember to add a piece of clothes when you go out. Check out is also fast, no delay. The overall feeling is very good, I will consider it next time I come to Kunming.
