Four Points Properties in Kunming

I had a much-needed and enjoyable rest here after my tiring journey. Li Juan Vivian was very welcoming and enthusiastic. The cozy and comfortable room added a touch of warmth to my trip. The attention to detail was excellent, and you could really feel the owner's thoughtfulness.

It is my first trip to Kunming and I stayed at Four Points Sheraton City Centre. Upon reaching, i was greeted warmly by Grace, and she gave me and my friend our 2 rooms at the same level, this goes to show the detail and care she put into serving the customers. She also arranged fruits to our room. I have nothing but praises for her. Our room is clean and spacious, the amenities were really good and well thought out, we fell in love with the hotel. Location wise, is close to Kunming old street and a modern shopping complex with many shops and eateries. There are many food stores right below the hotel. I met their bell boy Jasper Shen in the lift, he is so humble, polite, helpful and a real fine gentleman who pressed the lifts for me and helped me carry my luggages to my car. It was a joy to see him everyday too.

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Changshui Airport far exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to customer service agent Xiao Yang, who provided attentive assistance via WeChat from airport pickup until check-in. As my elderly parents prefer plain food, she went above and beyond, coordinating with the restaurant multiple times to specially prepare meals that suited their taste, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comforted so far from home. The hotel environment was also a pleasant surprise; the hillside garden behind the hotel was lush and green. Even better, we were upgraded to a room with a view! The sight of the vibrant greenery outside our window was so relaxing. This trip was truly made wonderful by such thoughtful service.

The location is incredibly convenient! It's just a 20-minute drive to the airport, and you can walk to MixC Shopping Mall and Donghua Farmers Market. Getting to Old Street takes only about 10 minutes by taxi, making it super easy to get around and explore. The room was spotless, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The soundproofing was much better than I expected. The staff were all so friendly and polite, always quick to help with any issues. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and the rice noodles were delicious. My stay was absolutely perfect!

This time, our family trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. We were all incredibly satisfied with our overall experience, and I highly recommend it to families traveling with children! The hotel's location is super convenient, not far from major attractions. Getting around by taxi or bus is a breeze, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so finding food and essentials is no hassle. The family room we booked was spacious, providing ample room for our family of three without feeling cramped. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The mattress was just right for comfort, which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was excellent. All the necessary toiletries were provided, and they even thoughtfully included children's slippers and a small toiletries set – those little details really made us feel cared for. The hotel's soundproofing was effective; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing the kids to get a good night's rest and recharge. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. They were also very patient and helpful when we asked for directions and sightseeing tips. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Overall, the value for money here is outstanding. With comfortable surroundings and attentive service, staying here made our trip easy and pleasant. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to the area, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!
