Requested to upgrade room from 'Business double room' to 'Shangpin Twin-Size Room' for larger room 😂 Staff very helpful, communication through online translation. During the checkout, the other staff can speak english very well 👍🏼 I love the location very nearby to everything. If you are going to Shuncheng street near the mosque, around 10-15mins. Free self service washing machine, just our time the washing machine did not spin well and dryer took few times around 4 hours to dry 😭 so sleepy have to wait

This was the last hotel out of the five others we have stayed during this China trip. This hotel is about 10mins walking distance from one of the train stations but since it’s facing the main road, there could be some noise from vehicles. Staff were responsive to my phone calls. There was a big tv screen but for some reason, we can’t seem to watch the programs unless we pay for them. Wifi provided wasn’t the strongest so took awhile to load some stuffs. Would recommend to stay for a night or two.

Facilities: The equipment is all new and pretty good. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, no smell, and the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. Environment: There are many restaurants around, and it is convenient to buy things. Service: The service is thoughtful.

The soundproofing is very poor... You can hear everything in the room, including conversations in the hallway and water running in the pipes. The location is about a 7-minute walk from the subway station, and there is a department store right in front of the subway station. There is a food alley right outside the hotel, so it is convenient.

I deliberately chose Four Seasons on the Cloud which is closer to the Kunming Botanical Garden. It takes about five minutes to walk to Kunming Botanical Garden, which is very convenient. The service is very good and the breakfast room on the top terrace is very nice. The room was also clean and tidy. But it is relatively far from the airport and also relatively far from Kunming Railway Station. But the store environment is okay. Check out time is 2pm. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. Overall it's okay.

The room is in a perfect location clean, with a cozy interior. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help us. However, a major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. They explained it was due to the glass exterior, though we didn’t quite understand the reason. It felt very hot and suffocating, especially during this warm season. They did provide us with two fans, so we tried to compromise, appreciating their effort to accommodate us

As a Malaysian traveller, we have a really great service provided by host. Although we have a difficulty in communication, thanks to translate technology because make it easier. Got a welcoming drink when we arrive and also a traditional cookies. Room condition really good, have a 24h water heater. And the best things stay there, we got an offer from host to provide a service for carry our bag to main street as free. Overall, as a Malaysian, choose this hotel as your choice. Thanks

From the higher floors, you can see the beautiful cityscape and distant mountains, and the view at dusk is especially captivating. It also looks great in photos. The entrance to the hotel is a little complicated, but it has a hidden atmosphere at the end of a narrow alley. You may get lost on your first visit. The staff were polite and greeted me with a smile when I checked in. I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The rooms are clean and unified with modern interiors. They are spacious, comfortable, and have a relaxing space. The quiet environment is also a plus, even though it is close to the station. I felt that the cost performance was also quite good. We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.
