My second stay here. Love the location, walkable distance to klcc, trx and jalan alor food street. Hotel room is clean, the bed and pillows are really comfortable. Room is spacious with modern curved wall design.  Carpark only have to pay RM2+ for a night for hotel guest. I think is very reasonable. Carpark looks new and bright, think they painted the floor and walls.  Must say the team did a an awesome job in catering to us. Was here for anniversary and upon check in the room was ready with decorations and complimentary cake with hand written notes too.  Will be back here again!

We had a wonderful and smooth stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Edward from the front desk was absolutely professional and thoughtful. He even checked on our birthday room setup discreetly when my bestie stepped away very alert and respectful, thank you Edward! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Just a small suggestion: the lighting near the mirror in the main area was quite dim, which made makeup application difficult brighter lighting there would be great. We also ordered char kway teow via room service; while the dish was tasty, it would’ve been even better with some chili padi and light soy sauce on the side. Breakfast was superb with a delicious variety. One point of concern: I had submitted a birthday surprise request early on, but unfortunately, there was no proper acknowledgment from Ms. Athira, the Senior Reservation Executive. Only after I sent a follow-up did another staff member, Syafa, respond professionally with a clear confirmation and arrangement. As a senior staff, this lapse was quite disappointing. That said, Syafa ensured everything was done beautifully a lovely birthday cake and sweet décor that truly made my bestie’s day. Kudos again to Syafa and Edward for their attentiveness and excellent service. Looking forward to staying again!

We sat near the plates collection area at breakfast and the staff sorting used cutlery could have been more gentle and hence generate less noise for guests so they have a more pleasant dining experience.

This hotel is within walking distance to bukit bintang station and MRT, very convenient. The hotel also within walking distance to food (Lot 10, Jalan Alor) centre as well as supermarket and shopping malls. I booked two different room types: club premiere king room and the urban deluxe twin room. The check-in personnels both at the club level and the regular level were very polite, accomodating and helpful. I had problem with my 1st night in the urban deluxe twin room, since beds were the small single size and bathroom also very small nothing like the picture. After the first night we upgraded to the lifestyle deluxe twin room, a better room more spacious and more bathroom space and the bed size is a full size (10cm smaller than a queen bed size). The club lounge came with a King bed on my original reservation, I asked for two separate beds and they’re able to help us with that request despite the room wasn’t available on trip.com upon booking. I love their hospitality and flexibility to accommodate us. Our stay has been amazing. The breakfast at Park Royal was amazing, vast selections (continental, western, asian, indian, noodle station, fresh salad and fruits and more) with slight variations daily which we appreciate during our 5 nights stay. The breakfast host was polite and able to accommodate most guests despite busy crowds. The cleaner did an amazing service to make sure our rooms are clean. We had an amazing stay at Park Royal and will definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We notice some stain on the duvet cover. Toilet shower rail head slider holder spoiled too.

Not too bad but I was selected no corners room but they give me a Conner room. ( what the point of asking) aircon very warm and difficult to set. Room all mirror I really don’t like it is too much and I feel scary. Working table is uncomfortable. Location is not bad. I was stayed in Novotel and Pullman I prefer that area better. Only good is breakfast. This my first time stay in this hotel because of my coworker favorite. If Novotel is above my budget I prefer in Melia better.

Lovely decorations from the hotel! Had a wonderful birthday celebration and the cake provided was super delicious 😭 We didn’t planned to finish the cake as we were quite full but after one bite, the cake was gone in a few mins! Counting down till our next stay here!

Had such a great time at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur! The pool was beautiful—great for chilling out after a day in the city. Super close to tons of food spots and shops, so it was really easy to explore. Would totally stay here again!

The room was clean and location is very good. Good for shopping as it is located close to Pavillion.

The hotel very cozy, love the facilities in the hotel. Those who love gym, you’ll love it with those new machines. Food was great for breakfast
