the guy collected my deposit in cash but returned my deposit through bank in the next day. it is a risk that you will not receive your deposit. there is a smell when u come in the room.

This hotel is very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, and there are many surrounding business districts that can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. The surrounding area is surrounded by high-rise residential areas and other hotels. This hotel is an apartment-style hotel with spacious, bright and well-ventilated rooms. The door is relatively safe with an electronic lock. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

The facility felt comfortable and clean. There was also a bathtub. However, because the reservation was made at a B&B rather than a hotel, it was inconvenient not to be able to take the keys out of the key box, put them back in, store luggage, or experience the hotel front desk service.

It's good, but the water heater is broken. It's not there, especially the bathtub.

Very Cozy and it is a really great place for short getaway. Especially when you want to have gathering for couples, family or friends. Environment and the facilities in room is good enough. Overall is worth to stay for a couple of days

This place is nestled, in the heart of the city and you can walk easily to see the Twin tower Petronas Tower. providing a perfect blend of convenience. The accommodation's swimming pool was a true highlight. including the sauna and steam room, added an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. After a day of exploration, unwinding in these amenities was the perfect way to rejuvenate both body and mind. The attention to detail and cleanliness in these spaces were commendable.

Excellent service and clean rooms. Quiet. Convenient location. Good amenities nearby. Responsive service. Good food nearby and centrally located. Gym is spacious. Supermarkets nearby for any provision needed.

The apartment was so big. Check in and check out was so easy. The host was really helpfull sharing the information. The apartment has washing machine and dryer but the dryer didn't work. It has microwave too but also didn't work. Orher than that everyting was nice. We really love our stay ❤️ ♥️ ❤️

the apartment was super cosy, huge, and spacious for the 5 of us.2 adults and 3 small kids. the master bedroom was big and accomodate a bath tub which is an extra point for it. it has washing machine and dryer which functioning really well. however, the aircond was centralised and super cold and difficult to adjust. the microwave doesnt work (or may be it is just me). the other bathroom in the apartment doesnt have shower, so my kids need to take shower at mine.the swimming pool downstairs has quite sceneric view, just that the water was not chlorinised (i think).
