- wonderful accommodation experience - all staff is very nice and friendly - tidy and good facilities, inside the room and balcony - great breakfast with pleasant sea view - free parking and thoughtful services by security guards

We enjoyed our 4N stay very much! Special shout out to Minnie and Tita who were ever so helpful and friendly. Love the moon deck Massage was one if tye best I had experienced.. therapists were v derailed and thorough. 👍 The breakfast was awesome! Great variety of options and food was delicious. 😋 I feel that pool and beach service should include providing towels for guests instead of us bringing towels from room. The hairdryer in our room was faulty and caught fire the 1st night. It was replaced and the 2nd 9ne had fumes and had burnt smell too after 2 nights. I think housekeeping need to check all their hairdryers thoroughly.

Surprised!!! We were staying at the Hyatt Regency Huahin and googling for nearby restaurants to have lunch when we came upon this hotel. The restaurant reviews were good and it was a short drive away so we decided to go there for lunch and checkout the place. A long story short, we decided to book a stay there the next night, we were that impressed. Hardware and software of the hotel is excellent. From hotel staff friendliness and helpfulness to the overall design of the hotel and rooms. It is beachfront and also has a huge swimming pool. The breakfast is worth staying here for alone. It is alacarte but all you can eat....quality and selection was perfect for us. Small portions so you can try different dishes, very well planned by the F&B team which I understand the hotel owners and many of the staff are from the Four Seasons and Sukothai hotels in Bkk so you can imagine the attention to details. My wife and I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Facilities: This is my second time here. I really like the layout and facilities of this hotel. Everything is perfect except that the next door is under renovation. I didn't have breakfast. I slept so well. Hahaha

Next door is a construction site. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., there are roaring noises and mobs raising dust. It is said that the work will last for another year. The breakfast looked good, but not delicious. Half of the rooms were empty, and the service staff wouldn't change rooms. They tried to extort money when checking out. There is discrimination against Chinese people in this hotel. I have traveled a lot and have seen this many times. Stop pretending and you will understand immediately. The outdoor bathtub in the Star Room is a decoration, and the water is small and cold. Don't believe Xiaohongshu. Either she asked me to do it, or she has never seen the world.

The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast environment is very good, the scenery by the sea is very beautiful, the variety is wide, and the food is delicious. The stay experience is great!

The staffs are excellent, enthusiastic and willing to help every time they meet, from the security guard, front housekeeping and the restaurant team. Even though we did not use the meal service, they gave very good advice. The room is spacious, clean and has complete facilities. I have not been here for a long time, but everything is as good as before. During this time, if you come to stay Monday-Saturday, you may be affected by noise and dust from the construction of The Standard Residence condo next to the resort. This stay was impressive as usual. If there is an opportunity, I will come back to stay again in the future.
