We recently stayed on level 51 and were treated to an incredible view—but our arrival experience was a bit rocky. Cars aren’t allowed into the development without prior registration, so we had to park and walk to the office to sign in (thankfully, staff guided us). Once registered, parking was free and hassle‑free: we received a dashboard pass, and security waved us right through each time. Unfortunately, our suite turned out to be the wrong one. We’d booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit but arrived to find only one bathroom. We called reception to request a switch, only to have staff arrive without a keycard and ask us to come downstairs—after waiting, we finally received the correct key, only to discover the new unit had the wrong bed setup (1 queen + 2 singles instead of 2 queens). Too worn out to pursue further, we accepted the mix‑up. The building’s lifts also proved frustrating: you must press each digit of your floor number separately, and if you’re too slow it interprets “51” as “5” and then “1,” dropping you at the wrong level. Aside from these hiccups, the apartment’s amenities were standard and reliable—bottled water and hotel‑style toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) were provided. Overall, our stay was okay, however, I wouldn’t book here again.
