From perspective, this place needs to offer more professional services in matters of providing potential customers with clean dishes and towels, toilet papers and do forth. The apartment is nice, but as I mentioned previously these small details should be attended. The cleaner should wash the dishes properly while did not happen in our case.

My fav place whenever i travel to KL..very homely,easy access to the apartment as well as to go places of interest!

The first difficulty was finding how to register. There is only security at the reception. The phone number specified during booking does not answer. I had to look for a long time to find a way to contact the manager and get into the apartment. The apartment smelled horribly of sewage. and in general there was this stench in the whole building, then throughout the day I smelled so bad, it was terrible. the neighbors were very noisy and there was no one on staff who could resolve such situations at night. The rules also do not state that making noise at night is prohibited. it was a terrible experience, I don't recommend it I couldn’t use the shower, it didn’t work The only advantages are the location and the presence of a washing machine

Good day. The pool is what you should book for. The bathroom door needs to be fixed, it doesn't close completely, which is inconvenient. Plus, it needs to be stocked with liquid soap and shampoo. (Unfortunately, what was there either didn't have a working dispenser or wasn't there at all). Plus, at least do some cleaning every other day, at least throw out the trash. The staff tried to resolve all the issues that arose during the process, if it was within their competence.

The location is great, shops and cafes are nearby. The center is 20 minutes walk away. The pool and the view from the window are simply mesmerizing.

The toilet has a strong odor, and the bedroom is full of odor. It feels like sleeping in the toilet at night. The toilet is completely unbearable, and the smell is super strong. Although the swimming pool has a view, the water is not very clean, and there are quite a lot of people. It is difficult to wait for the elevator. The sound insulation is very poor. The room is clean and tidy. You can take pictures at the swimming pool upstairs (twin towers). The swimming pool is relatively small. However, the sewerage of the whole building is not well handled. There is a strong smell of stinky ditch in the room and the corridor.

Everything is great! Even better than in the photo, there is a machine and powder, a kettle, mugs, a huge swimming pool on the 35th floor, a hall, a cafe. Everything is clean, the pastels and towels smell fresh. Upon check-in, they gave step-by-step instructions on how and what to find, where to get the key, etc. The only thing is that you need to write to them in advance so that everything is sent. Overall I liked it Of the minuses: water collects heavily in the shower and takes a long time to drain. And the window above the front door needs to be closed if you don’t want all the smells from the corridor and from the neighbors to be in your room.
