Unlike a regular hotel, check-in is difficult because you have to communicate with the staff. You can't leave your luggage before or after check-in. This is my second time staying at Lucentia, but since different people are in charge of each room, I feel like check-in went more smoothly the last time. My room this time was spacious and nice, but there were lots of small ants on the dining table, so I didn't feel like leaving anything there. I later found them on the sink and bathroom sink, so I imagine it must be difficult to completely eradicate them. They provided detergent, so I was able to do my laundry. There is no microwave. It would have been better if there was an explanation of the hotel's facilities, such as the infinity pool, in the room. The location is great. It's directly connected to LaLaport, so you won't have any trouble finding a restaurant or doing some last-minute shopping.
