Service really spectacular, they gave us free upgrade on our 2nd day, accommodating to our requests, but maybe improve the amenities you can offer like gym/spa

The room was spacious with a beach view. It was clean, although some guests found stains or a damp odor on the carpet and bathroom. Its location on Pasir Panjang Beach is strategic, close to the city center and easily accessible. It was a pleasure to have a room with a view of the ocean, which was not boring. In our opinion, the hotel offers suitable swimming facilities, but when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that to use our pool facilities, we were asked to rent swimwear, while we were already wearing proper clothes for swimming... Class A*ton s*tis and h*rper, it's fine with the clothes we use....but crystal is not allowed...as a result our children can't play in the pool because there's no one to look after it...well the point is for those who don't want to spend double the money, well it's not recommended here. .. Go straight to a hotel that is a bit more expensive but the rooms and other facilities are all appropriate...so that you feel happy for your vacation, stay awake...🙏
