We returned back to hotel to stay after our stay at Zakopane. This room is very big but we do not really like the 3 deer man on the wallpaper. -_-“ Other than that, everything was perfect.

We loved to stay at Art&Garden. Smiley face staff, clean bathroom, delicious breakfast. Thank you so much such a good experience in Krakow. I highly recommend

Excellent value for money. Very well-decorated hotel, a 10-minute walk from the city center. Very good breakfast.

IF IT'S COLD AND IT'S NOT WINTER...CHANGE HOTEL!!! New and clean structure, however I cannot help but give only two stars because for me it IS NOT ALLOWABLE for it to snow outside and there is no heating in the rooms because "it is April". If I had wanted to sleep with a wool hat and a thermal shirt I would have chosen a campsite, not a hotel. I was given a small heater which was of little or no use... the mere thought of taking a shower in a cold room made me feel bad. What was supposed to be a perfect holiday thanks to them was a stress.

We booked based on the good reviews, but I don't entirely agree with the reviews. The location is good, you are not directly in the city but after a few minutes on foot you can reach the old town. The room was quite small but furnished okay. I expected a little more based on the pictures. Unfortunately, we found hair from our bed upon arrival. There was black mold in the shower and the shower head was constantly dripping. I noticed it but apart from an apology from the lady at reception I didn't hear anything else. I found it very unfortunate.
