"Cool little hotel! The location is right in the heart of the Old Town – everything is close by and it has a great vibe. Inside, everything was clean and beautiful, and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were responsive and lovely; they even went out of their way to let us check in early! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'd gladly return."

"Apartments near the northern gate, registered in the registration office on its own, when the settling key was in the doors, the towels are near the stairs. The view of the building and the mountain, the room has a fan, dining appliances, air conditioning. Very loud from the street especially in the evening, good hearing. "Very funny hotel. We called it a hobbit hotel as the door, the staircase, the room itself, the washing machine, everything is small and low. They found the entrance and the apartments themselves not for the first time. And then they didn't immediately understand who to turn to and where, because there was no recipient. They asked the owners in the cafe from the bottom, then waited when they would come. At the time of booking it was one of the cheapest hotels. We needed just to sleep at night, so we chose for a day such a option. "We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights. Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in. The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area. The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor. There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM. I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all. ) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay. If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season. But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!"

"I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around"

"Because I booked a hotel late, I didn’t have many choices. Hotels in the ancient city are very expensive. This Puerta apartment cost 4,000 for three nights, which is indeed very expensive. The service is average, the price is high but there is no free water, no slippers, and no cleaning service during the stay (although we generally don't need it). Arrive at noon, enter the north gate of the ancient city, go up the alley to the left of the church, and call the notice at door 505, telling you that you cannot check in before two o'clock, and you can only sit in the ice cream shop with your luggage for an hour. Later, my brother took me to a nearby alley. The room was here and the cleaning was rather sloppy. The highlight is the breakfast, a cooperative breakfast with Athos Street food, which is large and delicious. Because we had to go out early on the first day, the beauty at the dining bar made sandwiches in the evening and delivered them to our room. It was a great review! "Hotel and room in particular are stunning, clean, spacious. Breakfast offers 2 options: continental and Montenegro. The hotel is located in the old city and it is necessary to take into account that there are many bars below, parties in which take place until 01:00. The staff at the respiratory station could not remember me for 4 days each time asking if I went to a rooftop restaurant. Asked about the transfer to Dobra Water, they said that you need to know (heard that I was discussing) but no one came back. In the restaurant on breakfast and in the restaurant roof all were very kind, remembered and very nicely communicated."
