"Staying at the hotel was one of the most pleasant in my history of travelling across different cities and countries. A very polite, heart-hearted and responsive service, we were appreciated to the luxuriant with the balcony because there were free places and we traveled not in the season. On the top floor there is a wonderful terrace on which you can drink coffee and read. I would like to celebrate breakfast separately - simple pet food and dishes, but cooked incredibly delicious. Also we helped call a taxi to the airport, we flew very early and feared we wouldn't find the car on our own. I will certainly recommend and if I choose to accommodate in which again, thank you ❤️"

"A very funny hotel. We called it a ”hobbit hotel” because the door, the stairs, the room itself, the washroom—everything was so small and low. It took us a while to find the entrance and the apartment itself. And then we had trouble immediately understanding who to ask and where to go, since there's no reception. We asked for the owners in the cafe downstairs and then waited for them to show up. At the time of booking, this was one of the cheapest hotels. We just needed a night's sleep, so we chose this option for a night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a longer stay, as there are some downsides: - It's noisy until midnight or even later, as the hotel is in a crowded area with music and DJs playing, and there's a lot of activity outside. - One towel per person is provided, and the bathroom doesn't really have any amenities. - If you're tall, definitely don't choose this hotel, as it will be difficult to climb up. You can't wash yourself in the bathroom without bending over, and you can't wash your face at the sink; your back will get tired. 😂 - The toilet is really funny; the lid doesn't open all the way and won't stay in place, so if you need to go to the bathroom, you have to hold the lid down all the time, or it will just lie on your back. - When we checked out in the morning, it was also unclear where to go or who to talk to. Everything was locked, and there were no people around, so we just had to leave the key in the door and move out. - Another downside was that I left my phone charging overnight, and in the morning the outlet didn't work, leaving my phone uncharged 🤷♀️ - There are also some damaged parts in the room, like a hole in the ceiling, and everything else is shabby and old. Pros: - It's interesting to stay upstairs in the old town, the location is generally cool. - The price is low, and it's fine for one night. - And the room itself is just a fun place, fine for two young people, and you could even get up to the roof."

"The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay."

"The rooms are nice and located in the old town. The hotel has free parking outside the north gate. If you have large luggage, it's best to inform the hotel in advance so they can arrange for a golf cart to transport it. Otherwise, although it's only a few hundred meters from the north gate, the cobblestone path is uneven, making it inconvenient to drag luggage. This hotel only has nine rooms, but they are all beautifully decorated and furnished! Breakfast is just downstairs, around the corner, inside a door. The hotel is very close to the old town, making it very convenient! Additionally, you can book a fjord cruise through the hotel for 40 euros per person for three hours, and someone will pick you up and take you to the pier."

"Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marija in Montenegro. The location is very convenient, close to the old town and main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. "The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. "We stayed in an apartment. The apartment is new and has everything we needed. It's located in the old town. It was hard to find at first, but the receptionist sent me the information on WhatsApp. Living in the old town is great; dining, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. "Because I booked a hotel late, I didn’t have many choices. Hotels in the ancient city are very expensive. This Puerta apartment cost 4,000 for three nights, which is indeed very expensive. The service is average, the price is high but there is no free water, no slippers, and no cleaning service during the stay (although we generally don't need it). Arrive at noon, enter the north gate of the ancient city, go up the alley to the left of the church, and call the notice at door 505, telling you that you cannot check in before two o'clock, and you can only sit in the ice cream shop with your luggage for an hour. Later, my brother took me to a nearby alley. The room was here and the cleaning was rather sloppy. The highlight is the breakfast, a cooperative breakfast with Athos Street food, which is large and delicious. Because we had to go out early on the first day, the beauty at the dining bar made sandwiches in the evening and delivered them to our room. It was a great review! If you book early, you will definitely choose an apartment not far outside the city."
