Enjoyed the stay in this apartment. Very nice view from the high floor and many shops nearby. Will repeat the stay again in the future.

Good view from the window. But bad smell in the room (canalisation), there was no water in the room (weak water pressure)

If you are traveling to KK for a short gateway, yes - this place is great on location vise. On the way to lobby the toilet smell is pretty bad. But don't expect daily room service, no tooth brush is provided. If you toilet papers ypu need to.request. They will charge you for extra towel or when you ask to replace. I insist, why I need to pay when Im staying for 3nights?. Room.is not really clean with hair here & there. There is noises of machine or compressor from.nearby not sure where but are not really disturbing if you close the door & window But the sea view is superb. Pool is amazing only toilet/changing room are not too clean. Kitchen.is fully equipped if you want to.cook or good size fridge if you buy fruits & drinks. Please discard your rubbish daily because flies or bug will come by. If you.enjoy view or want to hang dry your garment - the balcony are well equipped with rack. Reception & WhatsApp messages are well reply & helpful witj great smile. Will certainly come back for the price &?location.

Bad lift services. Waiting almost 1 hour... hope the aminities can improve far better. Nice location but bad aminities. I attached during waiting lift lobby.

The hotel was located near the heart of Kota Kinabalu with a good sea view. The opposite is the fish market and the Todak market. The Shores is more to the Airbnb concept, it didn't do daily housekeeping, and did not have 24 hours check in service, so be aware of the check in hours. The unit itself is quite big, some of the toilets were smelly.

Had a great stay at this seaview condo. This time my unit located on higher floor with nice view.

We love the amenities especially the microwave and UV filter water system. Hot and cold water is easily available. Check-in and out was a breeze. Furniture arrangement is awkward. We have extra queen bed in the living room which we didn't request. We returned a cleaner unit after our stay.. more checks required on the cleaning team Lastly, it would be safer for guests if CCTV is installed along corridors. Non guests seen tailgating at lift....

Pros 1) Facilities like fridge, ironing, washing machine, plates and utensils are all inclusive. 2) Great location and happening area. 3) Amazing sea and pool view. Cons 1) Lift can be very long waiting during peak check out hrs. 2) Free parking space not provided. 3) Have a strong scent of smell near the sink and bathroom area, it smells like something not dried. Overall a great place and location for such affordable price. Hopefully it would be well maintained.

Not clean . Even the room card is old. the mosque nearby says good morning to you as early at 5 am.

Good place to stay. Near seafood heaven in KK. For the parking you need to pay. First 3 hours is RM 3. Next 1 hour is RM1.

I believe thr always a pros and cons. Cons What i dislike the most are the lift. We went on gawai holiday. Peak seasons. Waiting for the lift took me around 10++minutes. The kitchen is smelly. A weird smells around the kitchen. Guessing maybe come from the sink. High parking rates Rm3 for 1st 3 hrs Rm1 for every hrs. Pros Bad waiting lifts experience. High stress level. But when i entered the room. Wow! Amazing view! Good sea view. I spend half a day just to sit in front of the balcony. Nice bed. I slept really well. Wondering what the brand of the bed😂 You can enjoy the sunset view around 6pm+ at the swimming pools. Good location Near to night market, fish market. If you need some groceries. Servay is next to the apartment. Thr is quite a lot of good restaurant near by. (Walking distance.) Conclusion: Im still happy with this room. Definitely will come back again.
