Tried the city view room this trip, comfortable stay and convenient location

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The facility is nice and also got a washing machine dryer and electric stove but no cooking pots or wok 😬. The staff is also very friendly. The parking is not very friendly because the parking charger is very expensive. I stayed for 1 night, and the parking fees were rm27

We stayed for 3 nights and had an apartment with seaview. Early checkin before 15:00 was not possible and check out after 11:00 would be charged. We didn’t like the information about penalty fees. We are customers and not little children. But I think it’s usually in Malaysia. The situation with the lift was not good: waiting 5 minutes or more is not good. Change this and check in and out times to 14:00 and 12:00. Increase the service. Then the stay for a customer would be better.

I recently stayed at The Shore Hotel in Sabah and would like to share my experience. The view superb. Have a kitchen and good location. While the location was convenient, I noticed several areas for improvement: 1. Bathroom Amenities: It was surprising to find no dustbin in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient to dispose of small waste. 2. Elevator Efficiency: The elevator was extremely slow and stopped at every level, causing unnecessary delays. During peak hours, it was also overcrowded and had an unpleasant smell, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope the management can address these issues to enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you.

Enjoyed the stay in this apartment. Very nice view from the high floor and many shops nearby. Will repeat the stay again in the future.

Good view from the window. But bad smell in the room (canalisation), there was no water in the room (weak water pressure)

If you are traveling to KK for a short gateway, yes - this place is great on location vise. On the way to lobby the toilet smell is pretty bad. But don't expect daily room service, no tooth brush is provided. If you toilet papers ypu need to.request. They will charge you for extra towel or when you ask to replace. I insist, why I need to pay when Im staying for 3nights?. Room.is not really clean with hair here & there. There is noises of machine or compressor from.nearby not sure where but are not really disturbing if you close the door & window But the sea view is superb. Pool is amazing only toilet/changing room are not too clean. Kitchen.is fully equipped if you want to.cook or good size fridge if you buy fruits & drinks. Please discard your rubbish daily because flies or bug will come by. If you.enjoy view or want to hang dry your garment - the balcony are well equipped with rack. Reception & WhatsApp messages are well reply & helpful witj great smile. Will certainly come back for the price &?location.
