The price not worth the stay. Unit is dirty and dusty. I sweep the floor myself and send the pictures to the owner and they arrange to clean it again the next day. SOFA in the living room is so smelly. Will NOT COME BACK FOR THIS AGAIN.

An exceptional 2 nights in this kid room, clean, tidy and spacious. We looked for sliding bed which combined playground and bed into one, my kids loved it so much. I would love to see washing machine in my room, we can clean clothes and dry under sunshine at balcony easily. Location was convenient when we left, only took 10 mins to airport, and around 15-20 mins to Gaya market. Swimming pool at 11th floor offered excellent view for Kota Kinabalu and regular aeroplane arrival and departure, especially at night. Note that swimming pool closed at 8pm.

This place is very practical. It's a basic, simply furnished apartment, perfect for a family. All essential amenities are provided; the hairdryer, water heater, washing machine, and even the water dispenser (which provides hot and cold water) all worked very well. My only suggestion would be to install an electronic door lock, as I constantly worried about losing the key when going out. The location is quite close to Tanjung Aru Beach; it's within walking distance, but I'd still recommend taking a taxi there for a swim and then walking back.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The pool was great — perfect for relaxing. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!”

This is a self-service apartment with no reception desk and no luggage storage (though paid luggage storage is available with security). There's no view either. However, the room itself was quite spacious. The rooftop pool overlooking the airport's take-off runway was a really cool experience. For dining, the Ribuoluo Seafood Restaurant and KFC nearby made it quite convenient.

Despite its decent-looking exterior, the interior's cleanliness and facilities were surprisingly quite run-down. The bedroom itself was fine, and the air conditioning worked great; it had all the essential amenities. However, I was a bit put off by the leftover melon milk someone had left in the fridge. On a positive note, the lobby on the first floor had adorable kittens! There's a Tanjung Seafood Restaurant just a short walk away, which was delicious and I highly recommend. They also had a swimming pool, but unfortunately, I never got the chance to use it. It's a bit far from the city center.

Three of us stayed here. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. It's a quick taxi ride to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and a water purifier that dispenses both hot and cold water. The balcony was perfect for drying clothes. We were a bit pressed for time and didn't get a chance to use the pool. We connected with the host in advance and received a detailed check-in guide, which made the whole check-in process incredibly smooth. Getting taxis was also very convenient.

We had an overnight stay in Kota Kinabalu with this provider before our hike to Mount Kinabalu. Unfortunately, we were wrongly accused of taking two of their towels. The management held RM300 of our deposit for towels that were clearly worn and wanted us to re-check our baggage thats already packed for the hike. Despite explaining in detail where each of us had left the towels, the owner insisted the mistake was on our part. We even went to the extent of unpacking and repacking all our hiking gear at Mount Kinabalu just to double-check — only to confirm what we already knew: we did not take anything. In the end, while we were already at the summit of Mount Kinabalu, the missing towels mysteriously appeared at the doorstep of our unit. Yet, not a single apology or acknowledgment was offered by the owner. I dont have pic of the unit, nor towel, but here we are when the towel mysteriously appeared in front of their unit. Very disappointing experience.

The apartment was quite old, requiring a physical key for entry. The moment we stepped inside, a strong smell of mothballs hit us, truly emphasizing its dated feel. The sofa was shabby and completely worn out, sinking halfway down as soon as you sat on it. The cleanliness also left much to be desired; the dining table was so greasy that even after wiping it three times with alcohol wipes, the cloth still came up black with grime.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate two families. However, the quality of the linens (sheets and duvet covers) was mediocre; they were old, worn, and dusty. The living room sofa appeared to be years old, saggy, and quite dirty. The water in the rooftop pool had an odd, soapy smell and was rather murky, making it just barely acceptable. Location-wise, there's a school directly opposite downstairs and the airport isn't far, which makes this place highly unsuitable for light sleepers. To top it off, a nearby temple begins broadcasting music through loudspeakers at 5 AM.

The house is big but the amenities no provide. The cleanness not very clean. But can see the the mountain from the room.
