Excellent service and great staffs. I really enjoy the stay even it was not even the open season.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Towada. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. For dinner, there is delicious freshly grilled seafood, and there are service staff at the table. It is very delicious, but the cleanliness of the large public bath still has room for improvement.

I was looking forward to this solo trip. The atmosphere was great for walking and jogging. It was very close to the lake and convenient. I was glad to stay here for two nights.

Hotel service is very good. It happens to be the winter festival in the evening, so you can watch the fireworks and play some games. Charcoal grilled dinner, delicious. The hot spring is also large enough to allow guests to experience traditional Japanese culture.

It's much better than the reviews I saw. However, the men's and women's hot spring bath is next door, which is a bit dangerous for women. It is recommended to install an electronic lock in the women's bath. The dinner is delicious every day. It is highly recommended if you want to experience Japanese style.

I felt that the level was quite low among accommodation facilities of various categories rather than hotels. I feel sorry for the quality of the rooms, the service, and the food. A Showa ryokan that allows smoking anywhere in the building. The room smelled like cigarettes and was uncomfortable. Impossible in this day and age. It may be unavoidable that the price is high because of the Golden Week period, but I felt that it was beyond the scope of common sense. I will never use it again.
