Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra

Room simple and not as quite to the standard. Room acoustic not great you can feel floor squeezing sound when upstairs moving

Hotel looked great from outside. Very unprofessional staff. Room was filthy. Breakfast was a free for all and nothing was replenished so slim pickings. Terrible experience.

Can't fault the location, really handy Motorway links to Leeds just a short drive from Wakefield. Breakfast is really good, well cooked and readily replenished. However, tables were not being cleared, and there seemed to be no staff around to do it. The bedding and towels were clean, but the carpets needed a good shampoo, and the shower floor had hair on it.

There are no amenities around the hotel. But being in the service area, hotel is great . Room is big and spacious and the hotel buffet breakfast is adequate for a full English breakfast with eggs you can you can order

OK for a quick trip. Breakfast a combination of Full English and continental. Overall good breakfast and freshly baked croissant / pastry but not enough. My daughter wanted to have a croissant but surprisingly the waiter said won't bake anymore.

staffs were kind but the breakfast were nothing to eat and shortage.

Clean and smelt good only negative was the tv wasn’t a smart one.
